I returned from the "Express" a couple of days ago, because all the impressions are very fresh : ) It all started with the fact that we were settled in a dirty room. It really was dirty - sand, shells and feathers on the floor, dust and hair on the nightstands, greasy marks on all the doors, and it's not worth talking about the patched windows. When this was pointed out to the cleaning lady, she brought a rag, spread the dirt even more on the floor and left, while saying that she once lived in a 5-star hotel, where it was even dirtier, and in our room in general hospital cleanliness. Then I had to complain to the main maid, she examined the room, sort of agreed that it was dirty and asked us to leave the room for 40 minutes to be put in order. When we returned, everything looked a little better, but far from ideal.
Food. How much has already been said about it in previous reviews. I will write briefly - a cheap canteen. Porridges without salt and oil, boiled pasta, overcooked tiny cutlets, fatty pieces of chicken, inedible borscht, and stuff like that. There are no fruits at all. They can be bought near the dining room. As it turned out, $100 per room per night is not such a big amount to count on a normal meal. In the boarding house, by the way, there are two dining rooms - one for mere mortals (who pay 70-120 dollars per room, not money at all), and the second for VIPs. The first has a red bracelet on their hands, the second has a green one. But, after reading the reviews above, I concluded that the food in the VIP canteen is no better : ))
You will have to pay for sun loungers on the beach, and for umbrellas. However, you still try to buy them. When we approached the beach administrator, it turned out that all the umbrellas were bought out for the next 3 days.

What else I didn’t like was the dogs on the territory of the boarding house, I don’t know why they won’t be taken anywhere. They can throw themselves at people, chase swans and relax by the pool.
Systematic blackouts. During the 5 days we spent there, the lights were turned off twice. Once at the height of the day, when I wanted to sit in the room under the air conditioner (there was no light for 4 hours).
Well, about the good - a beautiful territory, a pond with swans and ducks that you can feed, various entertainments on the territory (we went to a visiting circus), a tent with the most necessary goods (you can also buy medicines there, like no-shpa or diazolin, cream for sunbathing, rubber slippers and much more), a good beach, proximity to hot springs and salt lakes, Wi-Fi on the territory (although you hardly catch it in the room, it works best by the pool).
The result is too expensive for such a service and food, a lot of minuses that do not overlap with a few pluses. You can find a better place to stay for less money. Hope the review was helpful.
