- in the dining room a table is assigned to you, which is very convenient. We never left the dining room hungry. There was a situation when they missed dinner while on an excursion. We arrived at the dining room at 20:45 (last dinner at 18:30). No one kicked out, there were no dissatisfied looks. They even fed us at such a late hour.
- during the holidays, the daughter's DR was noted. We ordered a small cake from the cafeteria. In fact, we received a huge, moderately sweet, very tasty cake, three times larger in weight than ordered. It was a compliment from the boarding house. Very nice.
- very friendly staff who are focused on vacationers
- lighter animators
- cleanliness of the rooms
- cleanliness of the beaches. The beach is cleaned from jellyfish thrown onto land, from algae. It was nice to come to a clean beach.

The waiters in the dining room are coughing. The light was turned off every other day, these days it was impossible to eat in the dining room, they gave for dinner what was left from lunch. The staff does not solve any problems of vacationers, they hope that we will get tired of asking and we will leave soon. In general, 40 thousand UAH without travel and sun loungers, spent to get upset, get sick, the whole family, the hotel is completely unsanitary. This trip put an end to our family's financing of Ukrainian tourism.

There is a massage parlor. Children are entertained during the day by animators. In short, the boarding house is chic, where you really relax. We were for the first time and we will definitely go again.

And what kind of Italian vermicelli does Alice make !! ! Real jam!! ! Special thanks to the maid Oksana, building B, no. 101. There has never been such an attentive attitude!! ! It started to rain - we already have an umbrella, Oksana brought it. The water doesn’t drain well, Oksana has already fixed it, we didn’t even ask. Clever, right where you are!! !

The charms of the territory and playgrounds could not be enjoyed because mosquitoes gnawed at them!! ! They spun like crazy in the sun! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained throughout the plant but the roses were especially striking.
The lake with swans and ducks went to feed every evening. There is an ostrich, which you can also feed, and two squirrels, but they are not visible.
There are three playgrounds on the territory:
1 near the dining room, 2 near the pool, 3rd near the beach but it is broken in some places, nails stick out.
There is a small church on the premises.
The pool is all perfect, the water is updated, one pool is large, only one small pool with a jacuzzi is heated (there are both adults and children) there is never a place or on each other's heads in the literal sense, then ideally if you make heating in the children's room (of which there are two) that would be great.
The staff in the lobby bar and in the Tropicana are friendly, the service is fast.
Animation guys well done and it was the boys, the girls were not enough as the animators got the impression that they were for beauty (although this is not unimportant), I would like to have animation for children 2-5.
There was also a minus the children's room was closed due to quarantine (but the accumulation of people in the dining room and at the children's disco does not bother anyone).
