The first hotel on the territory of Ukraine to which we came for the second time. We usually don't come back. Everyone liked it here last year and came this year. Therefore, in order, what did you like and like about this hotel.
Last year (2015) we also rested in August, lived in an improved bungalow: a normal room, relatively inexpensive - 90 c. u. with excellent food for three.
There were no mosquitoes at all, the whole rest was blowing a light breeze from the sea and it looked like mosquitoes drove away. They ate in the common dining room - there was enough food to the head - they didn’t get poisoned, they didn’t get sick, they got better.
We arrived this year (2016). since there were already 4 of us, we took a room in building B (suites) without a balcony (105 USD for everything per day) in the same building but with a balcony, the cost is 130 USD. , the conditions are the same, but there are two balconies, the ticket was purchased back in March with a 15% discount, so the savings turned out to be good. Decided not to overpay for having a balcony.
So the room: I liked everything - two rooms are adjacent, each has air conditioning, a plasma TV, one double bed, wardrobe, cabinets, refrigerator, the second sofa bed (wide enough for two). Shower, toilet, washbasin - hot water was available all the time.
Checked in even before the promised 12:00, our room was ready at 10:30. The room is clean, the bed is white. Everything is great.
This time we ate in a luxury dining room - the advantages of which were noted (compared to the previous usual one) as follows - you can come at any time allotted for breakfast, lunch, dinner - and this is almost 2 hours (and not like in a usual one - at your own time ), it was more convenient - you are not tied to feeding and go at least early or later, we always had a family of 4 in the meta dining room, this was never a problem, the food was always very tasty and varied. It is strange to read negative reviews, to be honest, I have never seen such a variety in hotels in Ukraine. about 5 types of first courses for all tastes (okroshka, solyanka, borscht, soup, children's soup), the same choice of side dishes, salads, meat, fish, chicken, julienne, everything is just delicious. We were surprised by the negative reviews, asked the administrator what people are usually dissatisfied with, as it turned out, some specimens are unhappy that they were not provided with grilled vegetables, or they were not served a boiled tongue. but sorry, this is not Turkey and Egypt 5 **, as for 3 **, everything is super. Pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, omelettes were fried right in front of us, so the story about rubber pancakes surprised me to say the least. Pancakes were airy, there is jam nearby, condensed milk can be watered. The children really liked it. They took out the food with them, no one took it away, the main thing is that they take it to the children in their dishes for the evening. By the way, about tea, there are containers with boiling water and Allokozay tea bags nearby seem to have different tastes. So we are more than satisfied with everything in the dining room. The only thing in the dining room is a little hot, it would be nice if it was cooler and some kind of light music could be, otherwise there are many small children of 1.5 years old who constantly yell and it's a little annoying.
the territory is beautiful, well-groomed, landscaped. The pool is cool and what is important and pleasant, it is open until 22:00. In the evening, it was fun for the children to swim in the illuminated pool. Besides being regularly disinfected with chlorine (at night), water is also filtered, i. е. all water is passed through a filter every night (with the help of which all leaves, flies, etc. are removed).
The sea was just magical - both calm and wavy-a miracle!
Compared to last year, some improvements were noted - there were more sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool, this relieved the stress of taking seats. There are also many more umbrellas on the beach. Now you can buy an umbrella on the beach for the entire duration of your vacation - why is it a plus to buy it, and not free of charge, again, they stopped taking up places with rags from 4 in the morning. Everyone knows that his umbrella number is such and such, and access to it is open at any time. But, in my opinion, if you don’t plan to lie on the beach all day, you don’t need to buy an umbrella, because when you come to the beach at any time you can take any free umbrella, and then when its rightful owners appear, go under another umbrella or in the sun.
It’s rare that someone doesn’t leave the beach all day, but I repeat, the plus is that before leaving their place, they left towels, scarves, and didn’t come all day. Now this is not the case, and this is a big plus.

I would like to improve: more powerful air conditioning in the dining room, free lemonade, hibiscus at the bar (such an all-inclusive in Arabatsk would not hurt), a shop on the territory would be normal with a resort assortment and the ability to pay with a card would not hurt, otherwise the one that is - smacks of amateur performance, although it helps out sometimes.
And from the negative, I managed to get sick, catch a cold - but I only blame myself for this, it was very hot and we slept under the air conditioner, which blew right on me, this and the fact that music was yelling from the neighboring Corral base at 3 in the morning (and we have windows overlooked it) and spoiled the rest. The rest are very satisfied. Children persuade to come next year for a longer period. Wait and see.
