I read reviews and wonder. Great hotel, great staff, super friendly staff. Complete relaxation and positive. The car broke down on the road, almost 20 hours because they were on the road, nevertheless, the administrator was constantly in touch with us, they were waiting for us, met us, saw us off, did not bother, seeing that we were exhausted with a single question, they smiled. Further in the morning there was a storm - the whole Arbatka without electricity - it is not clear how everyone was well fed. The room was cleaned while we were at breakfast (why it’s really not clear, but nice) In the morning the maid came, left her phone and asked to contact if something was needed. By the way, we went to the dining room without bracelets, just at 3 am, upon arrival we were not up to them. Nevertheless, the administrator recognized us and there were no problems. Further, the maid personally came to set up my laptop, the password was not entered. Then a wonderful animation, the sun, the beach, excellent food, the sea. etc. etc. The maid is sooo caring. Stubbornly every day she cleaned and changed towels, cosmetics, until we asked her not to do it, well, we are clean, there was no need. The children were with the animators all the time, they were completely delighted with them. . Territory, just a fairy tale. Vacationers are all in a super mood. Complete idyll. Wonderful place. I didn’t write a review right away, so as not to create competition for myself, there are huge problems with free places. But the fact that there are not enough sun loungers on the beach is not true, there was always a pack of extra ones. But I read all this dregs, and am outraged. Gorgeous boarding house! !
