We went for the first time and did not regret!! ! Despite the bad reviews, I want to say that my family really liked it there. We arrived and were stunned: such a green, well-groomed and beautiful territory! We settled in a deluxe bungalow, there were four of us: two children and two adults, at our request, we were given an euro-folding bed for an older child. The room is spacious, there are 10 channels on TV, one of them is for children (Pixel). They cleaned the room every day, very well and efficiently, and, thanks to Lyuba, who cleaned with us, she always waited for us to leave the room, because the children were not particularly eager to go to the sea early. The staff is very polite and pleasant to deal with. Since the green spaces were looked after there, I didn’t see anywhere, every day fallen rose petals gathered, the ground was leveled in the flower beds, the lawn was watered, a very beautiful and touching birch grove, a lake like in a fairy tale, and swans and ducks, and the ducks walked around paths, often going to the holiday houses))) As for the umbrellas on the beach, it turns out to be as easy as shelling pears, you just need to go to Nikolai (a young man, very polite, always ready to meet the wishes of the client) and ask him to leave the right umbrella for every day, only Preferably 7-7 hours. 30 to come and pay. The dining room is very large and spacious, the tables are at a distance from each other, no one pushes with their elbows, of course there is a queue, but it passes quite quickly, the food is wonderful, there is a choice in salads, second and first courses, a lot of meat, but it’s better not to take cutlets, almost no meat is felt, pancakes every day, sausages, various cereals, the most popular is buckwheat, pastries are a must for lunch and dinner, cakes generally melt in your mouth. Children's table, a little poorer, the first week they did not give semolina, but for the second - every day. Because mine don’t eat meat, vegetables, casseroles at all, I had to save myself with mashed potatoes, cereals, pasta and soups))) The behavior of vacationers in the dining room was very annoying: they pushed, swore, climbed out of line, as if they had come from a hungry land, give it to the staff due, patiently demolished everything, there really were a lot of dishes, but vacationers, because the parents instructed the children to take the dishes and did not hold them in their hands, naturally they broke. Everyone found entertainment for children, some on the playground, some at the sea, some at the disco, they also opened a children's room, but the truth was that there weren’t many toys in it, in the evening from 19.00 a playground with cars worked. Yes, there were mosquitoes, and they were quite bloodthirsty, but they were poisoned and didn’t bother us much anymore. In the end, my children finally saw squirrels, then of course there was no limit to delight, even the ostrich faded in this comparison))) In general, what I want to say, after last year spent in Yalta-Intourist, I came to the conclusion that next year I'll go to Express.
