There really is no alternative closer to the zoo and the arboretum, but the road there is a horror : )
1 - when booking / checking in, the woman communicates very politely, answered all questions, settled at night without any problems;
2 - the room is big and clean. Now I was surprised to see that the hotel has two stars. I thought three. There is all the necessary furniture, Wi-Fi.
3 - there is a whole set of towels, soap and shampoo (suite room)
4 - had breakfast in the cafe. tasty homemade, fast and very cheap
