I want to express my gratitude to the hotel staff for comfortable, clean rooms, in the bathrooms and soap, and shampoo, and sets of towels. We were with a group of children. We were received well, quickly placed in spacious rooms, politely answered all questions. Separately, I want to thank the staff of the hotel cafe: chefs Irina, Galina Ivanovna, waitress Svetlana for delicious homemade breakfasts and dinners, for a warm, patient attitude towards children.

There really is no alternative closer to the zoo and the arboretum, but the road there is a horror : ) 1 - when booking / checking in, the woman communicates very politely, answered all questions, settled at night without any problems; 2 - the room is big and clean. Now I was surprised to see that the hotel has two stars.

Have been to this hotel before and liked it. We planned this trip in advance, we were traveling with small children, so we booked a suite on the hotel website on 07/10/1018. On 07/11/2018, we received confirmation by e-mail that the number is ours. Arrived on 08/22/2018. It turned out that the number was already taken.

On 07/11/2018, we received confirmation by e-mail that the number is ours. Arrived on 08/22/2018. It turned out that the number was already taken. The alternative is a standard room with a supplement for children. The room is spacious. There are seeds from a watermelon on the floor, a branch from a Christmas tree under the bed. The sofa bed is all stained. There is no hot water, the children were washed by application. The shower hose is damaged. The whole hotel stinks of cafe kitchen. The administrator reacts aggressively or indifferently to questions and comments.

If you are going to Askania in the evening, then you have no options. Within a radius of 80 km there are no other hotels around except for Cannes. The hotel is simple, sovkovy character. Upon moving in, the strict granny gave out a form of the Ukrainian SSR Form No. 7-G, printed in 1989 : -) I suspect that my grandmother worked here as a commandant when it was still a hostel.
10 minutes walk to the nature reserve. Parking is available, no elevator, bag to the 3rd floor up the stairs.
Huge room inside half empty. Cleanly. There is no soap, but there were two shampoos for 4 guests. There are no screens on the windows, so it was not possible to sleep with fresh air. But there is air conditioning. TV set of the late 80s, big one : -) There is hot water. The cafe on the ground floor serves breakfast.
The hotel is inhabited by representatives of the OSCE, who monitor the border with Crimea. Very nice Poles and other foreigners, they don't speak Russian at all. It was very interesting to watch how a foreign man ordered two eggs with bacon and an americano. If I hadn't intervened, he would have had to eat double oatmeal with milk : -)
