I would like to share my experience of cooperation with the recreation center "Lazurnaya 2". Traveled with my husband in August 2018. We planned a vacation in advance, knowing this base already, before that we were here in 2016. And so, in fact, the vacation came to an end and we began to analyze what had happened to us... We concluded that two years had passed... PAST !!! ! Comparing 2016 and 2018, the expectations were NOT EXPECTED. Now I will try to sequentially decompose everything in order.
1. ROOMS are more or less clean (for light mold in the shower and dried drops of water on the inside of the door in the bathroom, close your eyes). Clean bed linen, clean ironed towels.
2. FOOD. . . introduced a half board service, breakfasts and lunches are included in the cost of living. The portions are large, you will not be hungry, the menu for four days of rest was not repeated, the usual home cooking, it looked more and more like an outdoor dining room than a restaurant, as it was stated. The waiters seemed not enough, they waited 10-20 minutes for their, like free, food.

3. MAINTENANCE and SERVICE. I'll start with the booking. A convenient online booking module on the official website, BUT after ordering a room, as promised, a letter to the mail and SMS to our left room with a confirmation of the reservation and details for making an advance payment DID NOT COME. We waited 2 days - NOTHING, we so wanted to go to Lazurnaya 2, we were worried - we started calling ourselves. The site has 2 administration numbers - the first is an answering machine in general, the second is the administrator's number, which answers every other time. In general, we confirmed the reservation with all calls for four days. We threw off the prepayment for the first day, 1440 UAH, we call the next day to check whether the payment went through (we were also worried, because without prepayment your reservation will be canceled, and in the online booking on the site of the amount of our prepayment hung 0 UAH for a long time). As a result, they also got the administrator on the phone with a question about confirming the prepayment for two days. When checking in, it was said that the rooms are wet cleaned every day, and linen is changed every three days. In fact - cleaning - ON REQUEST. If you have not forgotten to hang a sign on the door with a request to remove it, they will remove it, but there is no trial, as they say.
And now in general about everything. On the first day, after going to the beach, we returned to the room and went to the shower. Found that the drain was clogged in the shower. The water just doesn’t drain, after me my husband had to wait to wash properly. We immediately decided to inform the administration about this, so that in which case there would be no claims against us, but we did not find NOT an administrator, NOT cleaners in the building, it was 19.00 on the clock. There is no one at the reception, but there is a desk with the administrator's number (not the phone number on the site), which did not answer at that moment. The clogged drain was reported on the second day in the morning, they promised to fix everything in a day, while making a surprised face, saying, strangely, this should not have happened....And again BUT, a miracle did not happen, nothing was cleaned for us... on the second day we also realized that the bathroom did not have a pleasant smell of stagnant water. Cold water - everything is fine, but you switch hot - there is a fetid fragrance. We concluded that the water heater inside was moldy. We have no idea how this needed to be corrected, but the fact itself was not pleasant, it was not very convenient to wash your face in the morning with warm water and brush your teeth. And then - the most unpleasant. It so happened that we had a force majeure and we had to interrupt our vacation at sea and leave after 4 days home, but the base was booked for 7 days. There was a question about the return of money for 3 days of services UNUSED by us. Let's just say, we left and left them our unused 4300 UAH. Not a lot, a lot, but a decent amount. And here the most interesting began. Naturally, we understood that we had reported an early departure in less than a day, namely in the morning of the day of departure, and left in the evening, and no one would return the entire amount to us. And so it happened, thank God there were no negative emotional attacks in our direction. First, for several hours, the administrator coordinated our question by phone, whether to return the money or not, with whom - we do not know. They didn’t give us money in cash, although for the entire period of the reservation I gave 7200 UAH in cash upon check-in. (+ 1440 UAH was an advance payment to a Privatbank card). At 17.00 on the day of departure, they took the card number and said that they would return the money for 2 days, 2880 UAH, because. they keep the amount per day for the fact that we lately informed about early import. Well, that's basically what was expected. The timing of the refund was vague, either this will happen if our room is sold earlier, or when the final date of our primary reservation passes. As a result, we still had only to wait and hope, no receipts from their side, no applications for a refund from our side, the administration was required. Probably this is how they do it, or we were the first case of such a force majeure, which I very much doubt. Bottom line: the money was returned....a week after our departure, after numerous calls, to which we were not answered, by the way, 1990 UAH (instead of 2880 UAH), after which the administrator at MIG SAMA called us with clarifications, saying that we returned you 2000 UAH (the commission of 10 UAH turned out to be ours apparently), although WE SHOULD NOT do this, we went to meet you, usually we DO NOT RETURN money to anyone! . .
Here is such a story with Lazurnaya 2 in Berdyansk. The situation is not very pleasant, the first thing we imagined was that we were going for a week in total, and we had to return the money in just 2 days. BUT situations are different, people go on vacation themselves and take their children, for example, for 2-3 weeks, for a month, and these are completely different numbers in hryvnia....
We were in love with Lazurnaya 2 in 2016, but they decided not to develop, but to degrade. When they came on the first day to dine in their so-called restaurant, they were disappointed. The menu was reduced to impossibility, the quality of both food and service decreased several times, but the prices remained as for the average check in a decent restaurant.
