BUT at 12:00 the administrator came and said that she didn’t remember that we paid until the evening and began to insist on leaving because other people had to call in, she ran 2 times, the cleaning lady ran, saying that you are leaving, I need to clean, woke up a small child, then ran again and says that she remembered the late check-out and suggested that we and another married couple move to one room for five hours, 5 people to one room, despite the fact that we paid, I called more than once warned of a late check-out and reminded me on the spot...
