(without meals, of course) for two adults for five days + 600 (! ) UAH. surcharge for a child of 3.4 years, for the fact that he was with us and slept on our bed!! ! The question is, why such a surcharge? The food in the dining room leaves much to be desired! In order for your room to be cleaned, you must go every day and SIGN UP for cleaning! At the same time, you must give your room keys! They clean disgustingly for an hour and a half, and they didn’t even wipe the bucket of strawberries and water, which also leaked from the shower! You will have to pay 30 UAH for a sunbed on the beach, and even drag it to the beach yourself, just a nightmare. Our child got sick and they completely refused to give us money for the last 24 hours, since the season this year leaves much to be desired! Not human! The hotel staff intervenes in the conversations of the hotel guests and allows themselves to make inappropriate comments. The only plus is delicious food in the restaurant!
