Rest in Odessa region
So there were circumstances that we had to go on vacation at a certain time, and besides, only for 1 week. There was no time to get the Schengen at all, so we decided to go on vacation to Ukraine, because. Turkey for SUCH money did not suit us.
At first we had to go to Olenevka (on the advice of friends who had been there before), but due to some circumstances at my husband's work, our reservation was canceled.
The husband initially did not want to go to Crimea because of our roads, and when the reservation was canceled, he told Crimea categorically - NO. It was already decided to go to the Shatsk Lakes or to about. Beloe in the Rivne region, but because I love the sea very much, I tried to find something suitable for us there. Chose - Primorskoye in the Odessa region, the recreation center "Mercury". In the Odessa region three seaside. We were in the Primorsky Kiliya region.
Primorskoye is an ordinary village, in which there are a lot of different recreation centers. It would be more correct to say that we were not going to Primorskoye, but to the Mercury recreation center, which is located in Primorskoye.
The BO is located on a spit on the shore of the Zhebriyanskaya Bay. It is the last one on the spit on the right and occupies a fairly large territory, which makes it possible to relax almost in solitude. Because houses with numbers are located in one line, and besides, there are few houses themselves.
I note right away that the sea here is shallow, more precisely, to reach the depth you need to go 200 meters. In addition, it is very changeable and depends on the current. Those. may be very salty and transparent, may not be very salty and hazy when flowing from the Danube Delta.
The beach on the territory of the BO is large, 250 meters with white clean sand, which is constantly cleaned. He is very clean. This place of rest is suitable for families with small children, they are here expanse.
The big minus at the base is food. Expensive. We had dinner twice. Dinner cost: 1 portion of dyrunov, 1 portion of village-style potatoes with mushrooms, 3 pork chops and 1 glass of juice - 178 UAH. If you also have lunch, then the cost of food for 3 will be at least 50 USD. per day, without fruit, ice cream, etc. Breakfast is included in the price. But portions for breakfast are small, enough for mom and child, but for dad it was a little unambiguous. Before arriving, I clarified the cost of food, so we went fully armed: with a multi- and coffee maker. Very convenient, they prepared delicious tea, coffee in a coffee maker and food in the “multe”. They even cooked plov. Convenient because I threw in all the ingredients, set the time and went to the beach, came, poured and ate.
The rooms are different. We lived with a sea view -750 UAH. per day, if without a view - 650. It is most profitable to rent a wooden house for 2 rooms for two families - 950 UAH.
We did not like the center of Primorsky, where almost all recreation centers are concentrated. Very dirty on the beach. The beach of our BO, compared to Primorsky itself, was just perfect.
When you get tired of lying on the beach, we highly recommend going on an excursion to Ukrainian Venice - Vilkovo. It is 15 km, however, on a broken road. If you do not want to go yourself, the BO administrator will call you a boat directly to the beach. It will cost about 800 UAH. We went by car to Vilkovo ourselves, and hired a boat on the spot. And for 3.5 hours on the boat they paid 540 UAH. We swam along the Danube Delta, understood what the Danube Biosphere Reserve is, met a fox cub at 0 km of the Danube, saw pelicans and other birds, also thickets of water lilies and the old city. Bought mint honey and fish, were very pleased with this trip.
Now a few words about the path. We made the way there relying on IGO. But we had some kind of glitch with her, and the navigator sent us along country roads after Odessa:
Kyiv-past Odessa-Ovidiopol-Karolino-Bugaz-Zatoka-Belenke-Primorskoye (1 of 3 is not ours)-Kurortnoye-Bazar'yanka-Marazlievka-Tatarbunary-Strumok-Desantnoe-Primorskoye (it turned out about 670 km). Let me tell you straight away: DO NOT GO THIS. Because the roads on the section from Primorsky (1st of 3 - not ours) to Marazlievka - this is a "combat zone", we spent an extra 1.5 hours on the 30 km. If you still decide to go through Zatoka, then do not turn to Belenkaye, but go to Shabo, then Belgorod-Dnestrovsky and further to the E87 highway to Tatarbunary. But all the same, it is best to go through Moldova (4 km), the way we drove back. We were afraid to go there this way, because. forgot the documents for the child, but in vain. But it turned out that the passage of 2 border points is: I received a ticket with the number of a car and the number of people at the entrance, I gave it at the exit, no one even looks at the rights.
Return trip:
Seaside - Tatarbunary - past Sarata - highway E87 - two border crossings Ukraine-Moldova and Moldova-Ukraine - Lighthouses - past Odessa - Kyiv (about 640 km, but almost 2 hours less in time). The main thing is to go to the E87 highway, and then to the E95.
This is such a spontaneous trip. I won’t say that next time I will DEFINITELY come back here, because. my child is not quite a little anymore : -), but Constitution Day, Trinity, Independence Day, and just a weekend here will be wonderful. I also rightly note, given the fact that now there is nowhere on the sea for an "apple to fall" we had - PARADISE.
