For a long time I prefer traveling on the principle of “everything is thought out”: you buy a tour and you know everything that will happen on your trip. Scheduled to the smallest detail: accommodation, meals, transfers, excursions... I thought it was difficult to surprise me with something new. Wrong!

For the celebration of the New Year 2014, I bought a ticket to Ukraine (Kyiv - Lviv) in the Veles Tour. The first time I applied to this company and… fell in love. I have not experienced such care, sincere guardianship for a long time...

The fuss before the trip (and the Kyiv Maidan was already raging) was suppressed by the employees gently and persistently. Already for this I am grateful to them, because if I had given in to panic, I would not have seen those beauties of Lviv and Kiev, mmm revolutionism. All the time (! ) of the trip, our group was accompanied by Tatyana Kolesnik, an employee of Veles - she solved all our problems and answered all our questions. Gently, tactfully and competently, she provided us with a wonderful pastime.

The wonderful Lviv tour guide Ulyana Levchyshyn surprised me with her knowledge, erudition and some fantastic spiritual purity. She captivated our excursion group of Rostovites with her love for Lviv. I am sure that not only my family will now regularly come to this beautiful city, which was opened to us thanks to Uliana.

For objectivity, I will say that the weakest point of the trip was the transfer from Rostov-on-Don to Kyiv. Disgusting all the same cars and service in the native Ministry of Railways, sorry, Russian Railways (which cannot be said about moving Kyiv - Lviv). But this does not apply to the work of the tour operator.

Yes, and forget these little things. People are remembered. And I want to thank them again for our wonderful rest and leisure.

Oleg Finaev, I hope Veles Tour is a regular customer.
