A good hotel in a quiet location, not far from the Dnieper, a few kilometers from the center. Going down to Gagarin Avenue, I found many shops, cafes and restaurants. We stayed at the "Comfort" on the third floor. The elevators worked well. Large two-room suite with an old TV, furniture in good condition, comfortable mattress, clean towels and bedding, fridge-cooler (filled mini-bar), kettle on request, solid soap and shampoo with cosmetics, no shower gel, hair dryer serviceable.

The room and hotel are clean. But the carpet in the room needs to be changed or cleaned, all stained, there is nowhere to turn on the hair dryer... there are no sockets in the bathroom and there are no sockets near the mirror in the room either, I dried my hair "from memory", and then went to look in the mirror... On a double bed on two of them had a single blanket, they slept with a blanket across, they threw an extra blanket on their feet, which lay in the closet.
The breakfast buffet includes hot dishes, salads, pastries, and yoghurts. You won’t leave hungry, but somehow cooked “without a soul”, as in a Soviet sanatorium, you won’t want to go for an addition. The staff is attentive and responsive, quickly responding to requests. Wifi in the room and throughout the hotel worked well. In general, not bad for a small town, you can stay for one or a couple of nights, but there is still work to be done.

In our information sheet, the hotel passed as 4 stars. The building is six stories high. The look is modern, neat. The first thing that catches your eye is the presence of a large parking lot. There is also a lot of space for buses, so the hotel is suitable for bus tours. Summing up, we can say that the hotel is quite comfortable for living, and I can recommend it.

I often have to travel to Cherkasy for work and all the time the company books us rooms in this hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are always clean and fresh, it can be seen that they are periodically updated. I lived in a junior suite - nice and quiet, great view from the window, not noisy. I personally love the food here.

I personally love the food here. The Swedish breakfast buffet is immediately included in the room price, everything is so tasty and varied that you will lick your fingers. Lunches, of course, have to be paid separately, but I haven’t seen anything tastier than here in the city - that’s why I always tried to eat at a hotel.

I heard a lot of different reviews about Apelsin and now I can appreciate this hotel myself. The quality of service meets 4 stars by Ukrainian standards, the suite is well decorated, no frills. The breakfast buffet is nutritious and varied, the room is clean, smells good. If you do not know which hotel to stay in Cherkasy.

I rate this hotel a solid 9 out of 10, which is a high rating for Ukraine. I have been many times in Europe and 3 times in different years in Orange, so I know what to compare with. Very attentive and well-mannered staff, the restaurant has delicious dishes and, most importantly, reasonable prices. Quail egg carbonara is something!.
