Rested in this hotel for the first time. I liked everything and highly recommend it to everyone who wants to combine a comfortable vacation in nature and a modern level of service. Very tasty food. I understand that owners have the right to make their demands, but they must be at least reasonable. It turns out that it is more important for an institution to cut down fast grandmothers at a New Year's corporate party, to get a burnt territory and a loss from drunken brawls, than to accept a regular customer with a family for a week.
This approach of mine from my point of view is wrong and offensive, you are blacklisted for us. I do not wish success.
