Already called the price of 300 hryvnia higher. Upon arrival at the hotel, I am informed that it is mandatory to pay for the child, regardless of whether they make the bed or not, another 400 hryvnia per day. The next moment, you also have to pay for the pool. Ok, I've come to terms with that. We went out to eat in a summer restaurant and swim in the pool (for which I already paid)! They were preparing for the banquet, so they told us that it was impossible to stay there and gently kicked us out of there with the child, although it was raining outside. Ok, let's go to the inside restaurant. Half of the items on the menu are missing. It is difficult to explain to a child and a Swedish husband how it is that the swimming pool is paid and, moreover, we cannot go there. Made a second attempt to hike to the outside pool. The administrator Yulichka came up, with whom I had previously talked and who promised to rectify the situation, and then they kicked us out again !!! We have never met such a rude attitude! The next day, I managed to find a manager, the service seemed to improve, but not for long. Husband ordered barbecue wings, it's impossible to eat them, disgusting! I left everything on a plate. We were not even asked if we could bring something else. Ok, we paid the bill for the wings too, but the husband was left hungry. For dinner, we were told that they were having a banquet, so you have to wait at least an hour for dinner! Day number 3 - breakfast. They have breakfast from 8-10. We arrived at 8, but they all posted 8:45. I will no longer describe this concept of a buffet. Shame
