Good afternoon, dear management and service staff of the tourist complex "Falcon Farm"!
We heard a lot about your complex, but still decided to visit it in September 2009. We booked seats in advance by phone when we arrived - it turned out that there were no seats. After we said that there was a preliminary reservation, Mr. Nikolai agreed to offer us a 9-bed house at a price of 150 UAH per person per night. The house turned out to be, to put it mildly, miserable. The house itself was built in the 60s and 70s, the rural flavor in the 17th-20th centuries and the very life of the Ukrainian people could not be felt. The bed is dirty, obviously not changed since visiting so to speak, this "9-bed room" of previous tourists, the house itself is very damp, the windows do not open for ventilation, There is no lighting in the toilet (although the light is on). We decided to drink a lot of vodka and stay, as there was no choice.
The beds leave much to be desired (apparently assembled from different places, hastily repaired, creaking and terribly uncomfortable. ) They felt all the charm of rural life when they heard the rustle of a mouse under the bed in the morning and saw a gorgeous hole in the floor. There are plenty of chemicals in the Ukrainian market to control rodents - take note.

I really enjoyed visiting the bath - perhaps the only place on the farm, which left the most positive emotions and pleasant sensations. I also liked the dinner in the pub: a beautiful hut, the food is excellent, but as for everything else…. The concept of "menu" is absent in general, how much is one serving of potatoes or meat, we never found out. According to preliminary estimates, they amounted to UAH 785 for five people without alcohol.
And here the most interesting thing: the waitress Larissa explains to us that we ordered a lot of food, and she would advise us to give up a few servings. We listened to her advice and refused, respectively, hoping that the preliminary amount will decrease… It's time for our dinner. The food was really plentiful and very tasty. They ate, drank; and asked for a bill. The bill came as a shock: on a piece of paper was painted: dinner - 157 UAH x5 = 785 UAH; alcohol (1 liter of wine and 0.5 vodka) - 150 UAH; tea with honey and a liter of compote - 113 UAH; entrance to the territory - 5x6 = 30 UAH, parking 15 UAH. Total - 1093 UAH. SHOCK! ! ! ! ! What does parking and entrance have to do with dinner at the pub? ! ! This time. And the second, when in the morning we paid for the night and agreed where you can leave the car for the night, and did not hear a word from Mr. Nicholas about the above additional payments. And why the preliminary amount has not decreased? !!
Just ordered tea, brought tea without sugar, but with honey, including honey - 10 UAH? ! ! (2 tbsp. Spoons). Such impudence and stupidity of waiters have not yet met. Accordingly, we began to resent and call the owner. The owner, not particularly understanding, decided that we are asking for a discount, and allowed to pay only 1000 UAH. Stupid Larisa was left without tips, although it is unknown what account she will show the owner. Conclusion - very expensive, the prices do not justify themselves and the staff leaves much to be desired …… We decided for the future, if you go to those places on excursions, it is better to stay in nearby towns in hotels, at least there is water and toilet light; and the prices are more reasonable.
