Decent hotel at a very reasonable price.
Good location - near the university, near the train station and walk to the center for 5-7 minutes. Beautiful furniture. There is a hair dryer, slippers, cosmetics, travel kit (threads, needles). Good air conditioning, clean room, no smell. There is an inexpensive bar in the room.
Great staff. It's just a pleasure to talk to them. They smile, answer all questions, do not get annoyed by dissatisfaction.
Very good restaurant. The food is simply beyond praise. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't rate it. I rate food in restaurants.
We had a late check out for 50% payment. This is convenient if the train leaves at night.

The disadvantages are not critical, but suddenly important for someone. Pillows are bad, it's time to change them. And very thin. Internet is weak. The toilet bowl is very noisy, just yelling at a high note. The pen is missing from the shower. The shower itself is somewhere under the ceiling, it does not fall below the waist. There is no shelf in the cabin. There is no laundry at all, for us it was the most sad thing - the hotel was chosen as a respite between the race in the mountains and the festival in the field), and the laundry was very necessary. Iron in a special room, you need to take the key to the reception, but this is not a minus, just a statement.
Of the minuses, I can also note that the wedding sang and danced very loudly in the restaurant. It didn't really bother me, but my husband complained.
