Beautiful apartments in a quiet courtyard of the historic city center

Excellent location in the heart of Chernivtsi, 15 minutes walk from the train station. The apartments are spacious, clean, cleaning and changing towels every day. The attitude of the staff is warm, they allowed a late check-out for free.

In the standard room on the 1st floor small frogs jump (video is available), between the door and the floor there is a large gap where they crawl. Cigarettes are stuffed in the shower and they are not removed (photo), we do not smoke!

For the first time I was in Chernivtsi. I liked the hotel from the very beginning, they met me at the entrance, opened the doors and took my suitcase. The hotel, rooms - cleanliness and order, wi-fi catches everywhere.

New hotel but bad service

We were settled in the Andinna hotel by a travel agency. Location in a quiet countryside suburb. To get out in the evening in the center had to order a taxi. It is new, with a good repair, but there is no elevator, we had to lift our suitcases to the third floor, there were no assistants.
