For the first time I was in Chernivtsi. I liked the hotel from the very beginning, they met me at the entrance, opened the doors and took my suitcase. The hotel, rooms - cleanliness and order, wi-fi catches everywhere. Cleaned and changed towels daily. The staff is responsive and friendly. There were no problems.

Breakfast exceeded expectations, everything is very tasty and varied, cheeses, yoghurts, pastries, sweets, etc. The hotel is located near the center, 15 minutes walk, 25 minutes to the university, it's nice to walk everywhere, opposite the park.

For the New Year the hotel is beautifully decorated (entrance to the hotel, hall, restaurant). WI-FI free. Good communication everywhere. The restaurant's production of yoghurts and cheeses was shocking. Breakfast buffet - Very varied. The staff is kind. The celebration of the New Year was delicious, fun, there were many worthy prizes.

The hotel is very spacious, the rooms are also very large, there is everything you need. The bathroom is VERY clean, everything just sparkles. It's nice that the room had all the towels, slippers (very convenient), and various other little things that make the stay at the hotel comfortable. But for the end of November, the batteries were too cold, even at night they were barely warm.

Breakfast (buffet) is good, a good selection of hot dishes. A bit far from the center, but you can easily get there by trolley bus. In the summer, probably, a very beautiful summer playground. If we decide to go to Chernivtsi again, we will stay here.

Lovely hotel, all in flowers and the area around the hotel too. Comfortable rooms, tourists are even provided with disposable slippers, toothbrushes and combs. Beautiful restaurant, excellent food.

Excellent wi-fi. The price of the room includes a breakfast buffet, for guests from the suite in the morning in the breakfast restaurant, the best tables near the window are booked. But! If you want to take an apple with you for lunch, they will stop you near the exit and ask you to return it : ))) The service suffers, I have written about it more than once, they can get nasty, especially the men at the reception. Also, if you take a suite, you can go to the gym - though it’s hard to call it a gym, a 4x4 m room, a broken treadmill and fuel oil on your tracksuit. Guys, never stay at the Bukovina Hotel - boorish service, pure Soviet deputies and just a nasty impression after talking with someone from the "reception" - treated like cattle. I lived in a suite for 735 UAH with my family! Just horrified. At first "the use of the pool for the suite is included in the price", then it is no longer included.
