When we entered the room, we saw a bed (180*150) and a sofa (a soft corner was declared on the booking). They opened the niche of the sofa, but did not find the bed. We went down to the reception and were told to pay 400 hryvnias per bed. At the same time, when the hotel worker came, it turned out that the bed was lying in the same sofa in a small alcove, which we simply did not open, because we did not know that in addition to the large alcove, there is also a small alcove.
In a word, service in Ukrainian. The green light of corruption.
Information about bedding for UAH 400 was not indicated either on the booking website or on the hotel's official website.
It would not hurt to send a tax audit and other services to this hotel, which I will do in the near future.
I paid UAH 1300+400 for the room and bed.

The junior suite is optimal for the price ($39 per day). I liked everything very much, the rooms are big and clean. Large and comfortable bed. Normal San node. Smart - TV and video, WI-FI without comment. Air conditioning and heating is good. I especially note the Lounge Bar, great atmosphere, very good cuisine, fast service.

The view from the window is somewhere in the courtyard, everything you need is there. The only thing I don't remember was a hair dryer. I always take mine. WI-FI worked well, the administrator has the password. A little gloomy due to the predominance of dark shades, but that's how anyone likes it. No mold was found in the bathroom. Hot water was available in the morning, afternoon and night. Soundproofing, which everyone writes about, did not frighten. Yes, there was a wedding in the restaurant downstairs, but there was no discomfort, it was barely audible, but by 10 o'clock in the evening it was all over.
And yet, I think it's still worth including breakfast in the price.
About parking: paid separately (the amount is about 10 UAH per day), located next to the furniture shopping center - to the left of the hotel. It looks unguarded, but there is a man there who watches everything. At night we went to the car - immediately came out to ask what we were doing here.
We made an order from the lounge bar, which is located downstairs, at 2 am, everything was promptly delivered. The prices are adequate. The menu is in the room.
In general, there are no complaints about the hotel and staff. We did not bother anyone and, accordingly, no one bothered us (I have long been convinced that this is the motto of the Ukrainian service). One minus is that it is far from the center, it takes a long walk to walk. Still, it's better to go. Will I recommend it to friends? Rather yes. We were satisfied.

At 4-30 in the morning we were awakened by the same sounds of the East. Checking out in the morning from the hotel, we asked about this fact. To which we were told that unfortunately they have poor insulation and we can complain if we want.

While everything else suits us perfectly, I do not want anyone to experience the variety of noises from the neighboring rooms that woke us up on that wonderful morning. I was also surprised by the lack of a telephone in the room of a 4-star (! ) Hotel. Guys, do something with your soundproofing and strength and guests will come with you))))
