Just returned from a trip . . 2 nights spent the night at the Kaiser Hotel in Chernivtsi. We lived in a junior suite number 13 on the first floor. Instead of the long-awaited hospitality, we were deeply disappointed. . The Kaiser Hotel, which positions itself as a 4-star hotel, does not even reach 2. Without lyrics, I will list specifically what I did not like:
- mold on the shower
- Holes in sheets and curtains
- indifferent staff
- a shower that barely holds on, one careless movement and that's it . .
- breakfast is not included in the room price
- lack of lamps / floor lamps near the bed / above the bed
- hard, rumpled towels
- a small bar of soap that was never replaced with a new one
And the last thing: behind the beautiful website and sham luxury, one can feel an irresponsible and indifferent attitude towards the hotel and people (guests) on the part of the management, which can be seen in absolutely everything.
