I came with a girlfriend for a couple of days in Chernivtsi, just for a walk, we stayed at the Kyiv hotel. They took the cheapest number, for two hundred and something hryvnias (240 or 260, or maybe 280, I don’t remember exactly). For the money, the room was in principle not bad. Pros: high ceilings, beautiful and comfortable furniture. The room as a whole is quite cozy, well heated, at the end of October we slept with the windows open. Cons - one of the two sconces did not work (and no one from the staff was interested : ), there were few channels on TV (there were no music at all), plus the shower was some kind of contrast (sometimes cool, then hot, then again cool).
We really liked that the hotel is located in the very center, in a very beautiful area of the city. The windows overlooked Ivana Franka Street.
I can’t say anything about breakfasts and other dinners - we didn’t use them.
I booked a room two days in advance by phone, upon arrival they were issued without any problems.
In general, the hotel and the room - a solid 4.
