Slavyansk greeted us with bright sun and a brand new train station. Then there was a press conference, where we checked how many mobile locals and, frankly, few people travel. And the burghers themselves understand that this is bad, as a result of which stereotypes about different regions are born. Everyone has different reasons, there is not enough money, then later, etc. , but the main thing is the fear of leaving your favorite sofa and your comfort zone.
So from a little talk about travel. And they went on a minimal journey to Svyatogorsk.
We got there with the Slavic minibus, the cost is 35 hryvnias, it took about 20 minutes.
Svyatogorsk - Krutetsky resort and there is still a monastery.
In order to enter the territory of the monastery you need to look appropriate, I was not allowed there, so if the girls plan to visit - wear a long skirt and a scarf. There is also a zoo on the territory of the monastery ...khe-khe, that surprised me a bit. Why do exotic animals soar in cages in the monastery? ! !
Despite this, the monastery is magnificent: the soft blue color of the walls rises on a white marble rock, and the top shines with golden domes, reflected by the mirror river. We climbed to the very top of the so-called mountain, climbed up to an hour, here we descended in a flower field, which for some reason can not walk, and evil uncles scolded us. We surprised them a little with a flying helicopter and went down to ride a catamaran.
As you will be here, do not miss this opportunity, the relaxation is still the same and the water is gorgeous, you can already swim. 
Also tried my grandmother's slightly sour karkade tea and jam from cones, so-so from those that grow on trees)) see photo)).
After returning to Slovyansk, I rode a gyro scooter for the first time in my life. Guys this is awesome! ! ! First scary, and then I cut through the local park as it should be, I highly recommend to check, especially for those who love snowboarding and all sorts of technical wisdom of movement)).
We also talked to locals about what they want and how they feel. Most people just want peace and quiet. Our friend took us to the former hospital, which was on the line of fire.
This is a really scary phenomenon, I even wanted to cry from the realization that people had to go through here.
After leaving the hospital to fry sausages, I had a very strange feeling, how to combine it all in my head? ...
The sad past of Slavyansk and the present peace and joy of this city. At the end of the day, when I already knew where the most delicious shawarma was in the city, it seemed to me that I was a local and I was at home, because home is where it is cozy and warm. That's how the locals met us!
