I would like to share what happened during the holidays at this base. When I booked, I didn’t read comments about the base, but I didn’t expect much from Gribovka as a whole, the price approached - I booked it. Upon arrival, everything was gorgeous - a green area, an excellent tour of the administrator, settlement no later than (at 10-30, although it was indicated that at 13-00).

I would like to share what happened during the holidays at this base. When I booked, I didn’t read comments about the base, but I didn’t expect much from Gribovka as a whole, the price approached - I booked it. Upon arrival, everything was gorgeous - a green area, an excellent tour of the administrator, settlement no later than (at 10-30, although it was indicated that at 13-00). The room is excellent, my wife and I took a double room on the second floor with an applied bed.
Everything was calm until the arrival of some inadequate group of people who woke everyone up when they settled in, clashed at the tables, sang in a drunken throat, this attitude shocked my wife and I, since we are very cultured people and did not disturb the peace of others. Attempts by the administration to calm these individuals resulted in an even greater farce and a security company had to be called in order to have peace. My interest was great and I found out that this was a company of "young and calm" medical people from Kyiv. I understand that the situation with the coronavirus has affected everyone, but there are some boundaries.
After the departure of this group, the base bloomed in peace and the impression left from the rest was only positive. I would like to thank all the staff of the base for the warm welcome and readiness to always solve the problems that have arisen!

We did not think that at such a budget cost you can get high-quality service. VERY clean! Good repair. Constantly excellent wi-fi and hot water. How glad I am that we settled on this base. We went without a reservation, because we didn’t know at all how we would be able to relax in quarantine. Upon arrival, we were seated immediately, the room was not expected. The room is clean, no complaints. The only negative is that a lot of smoking people rested nearby, and they were not bothered that other people were nearby, they were not bothered that we were not comfortable, they were not even bothered when the administrator personally asked not to smoke.

At first we decided to look at other options, but after a while we decided to go for a business card. AND DON'T REGRET! We were seated right away! On most of the same bases, the estimated time is 12.00, here it is 10.00. Okay, that's understandable. By 10.00 they must vacate the room, the administration takes the key, cuts off the bracelet from the arm and that's it, you must immediately leave the territory, vacate the parking lot! I say okay, I’ll free the parking lot, but I have a towel on the beach and we want to lie down on the beach and swim for another hour, then we’ll leave. To this, the administrator tells me that for staying on their territory over the paid period, you have to pay 100 UAH per person. This includes using a shared toilet, a shared shower, a tap with water near the beach. . . and generally just walking through their territory from the beach, for example, to the street. . . I say: we just want to lie down on the beach for another hour, we won't use your shower , your common toilet, we will not sit on your benches! Let's just lie down for another hour on the beach and leave! Administrator: no!! ! You must immediately leave the territory if you do not pay 100 UAH.
As a result: we left the parking lot, went through the neighboring base to our bedding, rested as we planned for another hour and left. There are also guards at the neighboring base, but no one asked what base we were from and where we were going through their territory.
Consider these small and petty moments in their work. There are bases and hosts better than this one, this is not the first time we have a rest there, we know that for sure! And it's not about 100 UAH!
As a result: we left the parking lot, went through the neighboring base to our bedding, rested as we planned for another hour and left. There are also guards at the neighboring base, but no one asked what base we were from and where we were going through their territory.

Conditions are very unsatisfactory; dignity. dirty units and showers; boorish staff; very expensive; conditions do not match the price; hot shower from 17.00 to 21.00 while the staff stands at the door and pushes everyone, during the day the showers have ice water; shop on the territory with space prices; infrastructure is completely absent, the market will take about 40 minutes; the beach is dirty.

In the suites (especially in the bathrooms) everything is old and shabby, the water pressure is weak, the drains are clogged, the hose in the shower is holding, the fungus is in the seams of the tiles, the doors of the shower cabin are falling off, there is no gloss, everything is streaked (you can see the cleaners at the base are not given out to cleaners ), etc.
4. Shared shower and toilet is generally a DISASTER!! ! (half of everything; really broken, terrible stink)
5. The general condition of the base is also not very good: the stairs are rusty, the benches and tables have not been painted for several years, the fountain is also broken!
6. The lack of a shower or at least a tap to wash your feet when leaving the beach on a bezu!
P. S. Prices in the Odessa region and the lack of service lead to the idea that it is better to report quite a bit of money and fly to Turkey !!!

There is no housekeeping - you have to clean and wash everything yourself.

Unsanitary conditions are flourishing and this is where the cost has exceeded 1050 UAH. Staff in general +- norms. - no one to be offended. There is no housekeeping - you have to clean and wash everything yourself. Nobody cleans the aisles along your rooms. There is a kitchen, a public toilet (for those who rent cheap accommodation) and a shower - all this is on the same line with the "ala" suites for 1050 UAH. Of course, they later told us that this is not a suite. In general, on the day of arrival, they found that the room was washed with a chlorinated agent that cannot be used for cleaning in places with children - they asked / forced - they washed it with water. The bed was broken, the blankets were smelly, the wardrobes were broken (in another room, a shelf from the wardrobe fell on the baby's finger - everything ended with a bruise). Plumbing in the bathroom - the shower tray is rusty and with fungus (there is a photo below from others), the curtain in the shower does not perform its function well - as a result, all the water floats throughout the bathroom with a thickness of at least 1 cm. All this must be removed by ourselves. No one will hand over the number to you, they should immediately look at everything that is broken, on the 3rd day they will tell you that claims are not accepted, as a result, the remote control for the air conditioner, which was not previously turned on, was repaired by ourselves, they also made a remote control from the satellite receiver, a foot for the bed just leaned over. This is what concerns the rooms on the 1st floor. And through the first floor, anyone who wants to from other rooms can go to the toilet, to the kitchen and to the shower, in short, unsanitary conditions - no one will wipe their traces with poop.
Upon arrival, of course, we were offered to return the money, but there were a lot of us, the children were tortured and we had to stay, BUT if they knew that everything was so bad, they would not have stayed.
