Good day. Anyway, I decided to give a review.
We booked 10 days before the rest - and lo and behold, there are rooms. We took a junior suite.
1. The kitchen is excellent, but a bit pricey.
2. Room - met expectations.
3. Cleaning - no complaints - cleaned on time.
4. Staff - polite and pleasant in communication.
5. Live music is great.
6. The beach is absolutely normal.
7. Air conditioning in the room - it's a problem... when it worked - it rattled incredibly - which most likely felt discomfort not only to us but also to the neighbors.
What I would improve:
1. Mosquito nets - they were not in the room - respectively, the mosquitoes stuck.
2. Think of something other than washing your feet at the entrance to the hotel from the beach - for example, a flat sink bath or some kind of carpet - otherwise the sand rushes further and the staff has more work to do.
And finally - far away to park a car (probably 250 meters from the hotel).
And so I hope in 2019 to again please myself and my family at the Richard Hotel.
