Was looking for a place to spend a couple of days with my wife. This object was one of the options. After reading reviews about the rest in this complex, I decided to first go and see with my own eyes.
So:
- Territory
The complex is located on a hill and its foot. Clean, removed. Noticeable places in need of repair (some long-requiring). The stairs to the houses are in dire need of restoration. The territory is large, but somehow decorated without taste, to be honest, it gives off "sovietness". Maybe it looks brighter in the summer, but I'm talking about what I saw.
- Reception.

The reception is not far from the entrance (about 50 meters). There are two lovely girls behind the counter (Alena and Alina). Very polite, attentive and smiling. They told all the possible options for settling (rooms, houses), all promotional offers and complexes with SPA procedures. Print out a sheet of proposals. I asked to show the options I'm interested in (Double and Studio). The girls clarified in the maid service whether the rooms were cleaned and, having received an affirmative answer, we went to view.
- Rooms.
I looked at 2 rooms (I'm sure they are not the worst). I tried to find "+", but, unfortunately, only "-" came across my eyes. The entrance to the houses is directly from the path, there are no awnings or verandas. The rooms are in need of a major overhaul. The bathroom is the worst. Plumbing with traces of long use. The seams of the tiles were recently rubbed again, so I did not see the fungus and mold. But the tile itself (especially at the bottom) is broken off, some parts stick out, opening holes in the underground. Present
musty smell. Towels are not new, but they do not look like "cloths" either. They lay folded, did not consider. The rooms are not large, the walls, floor and ceiling are sheathed with wood. The wood is covered with varnish, which is already peeling off. Furnished rooms "in Spartan": a bedside table and an old TV.
- SPA (considered as one of the primary goals during the holidays).
The room is located in the building, above the indoor pool. The room has obviously recently been redecorated (even in some places the repair process is visible). Administrator Anna is friendly, polite and pleasant to talk to. She told everything, showed, explained, led to the pool. Pool, by the way, with clean and warm water (23 C). Many reviews say that the pool is very cold. Apparently, the situation has changed.
- Restaurants.
Only "Venice" operates daily, "Emelya" only on weekends. The staff of "Venice" is more than friendly, it is clear that they miss the visitors (empty in the hall and on the territory of the complex). There are no unpleasant smells in the hall, tablecloths and table setting look good. The prices on the menu are reasonable. I can't rate the quality of the food, I haven't tried it.

Bottom line: Not 4 *, at best 3 *. SPA and "Venice" made a good impression. But in between them you need to visit the rooms, but I didn’t want to visit them. Unfortunately, I refused to choose this complex as a place for a comfortable stay. The choice was made in the direction of another institution (not far from them, but I won’t name it, so that it doesn’t sound like an advertisement). I will write a review after I get there.
Have a good time everyone.
