We rested at the Malinovka base in July together with my husband, I am pregnant at 8 months. It was paid for 6 days with a complex three meals a day. The territory is beautiful, well-groomed. In our houses it was not entirely clean, the walls were stained with blood from mosquitoes.
On the first day of arrival, lunch and dinner were included, when we went to the Koru restaurant for lunch, the administrator told us that they were having a wedding and we would not have lunch. We turned to the administrator, nothing has changed, they didn’t give us a paid lunch, they didn’t make a fuss, as a result, after a couple of days there was a compliment from the chef on the puff))) There was no service in the restaurant, we had a girl with white-pink hair (I don’t know her name, she was without a badge ). They didn't say hello and didn't talk at all. There is no menu, what will be given is what you will eat (as the waiter explained to us, the cook comes up with something) and you never know what. Once I asked for oatmeal for breakfast, the waiter said okay and there was semolina. There was a case where they brought porridge and pancakes for breakfast, we ate and left. As soon as we reach the house, the waiter runs after us and says I brought you an omelet there. Well, how can you take it out after pancakes with jam ??? (((And this is not the only situation in a restaurant with food, but we did not pay attention to this since we came to rest, and not quarrel.
On the 4th day, my health worsened, we approached the administrator to find out if they would return the money to us if we left earlier. She found out from the management and said yes, we will return it. We left on Wednesday evening (since it was considered 5 days in the evening), and the payment was due on Friday. We were supposed to return the money for one day and food. We were even asked to write a return application and promised to transfer the money in 2 weeks. We called them after 3 weeks, and at the Malinovka base they say we have no return. And we didn't get our money back. For what it was to deceive, they would say right away. It is not good to do this with a pregnant girl. For this reason, I do not recommend this base to anyone.
