We celebrated New Year 2022 here with a company of 6 adults. and 3 children. Paid 16.000 for 2 adults + 1 child. The program is all inclusive. In fact - at the New Year's banquet after 24.00 all drinks are paid! At the same time, the price included - 0.5 l of liquor, 1 l of uzvar, half a glass of cheap champagne (((and this is for 6 adults! January 1 - the second pleasant surprise - coffee, tea for breakfast is not included! Price 50 UAH a cup) I will not talk about everything, write long and hard, these are examples to understand the concept of this hotel - pay and pay again, and in return - mediocre cuisine, small houses, a very dangerous bridge at the entrance.

Two years in a row we come with our family to rest in Malinovka! We love the base very much, its huge territory, the most smiling administrator Alexandra and the 11th house, where we always stop) This is a great place to have a good rest! Clean and comfortable houses, delicious food in the restaurant) We will definitely come this year too.

On the first day of arrival, lunch and dinner were included, when we went to the Koru restaurant for lunch, the administrator told us that they were having a wedding and we would not have lunch.

On the first day of arrival, lunch and dinner were included, when we went to the Koru restaurant for lunch, the administrator told us that they were having a wedding and we would not have lunch. We turned to the administrator, nothing has changed, they didn’t give us a paid lunch, they didn’t make a fuss, as a result, after a couple of days there was a compliment from the chef on the puff))) There was no service in the restaurant, we had a girl with white-pink hair (I don’t know her name, she was without a badge ). They didn't say hello and didn't talk at all. There is no menu, what will be given is what you will eat (as the waiter explained to us, the cook comes up with something) and you never know what. Once I asked for oatmeal for breakfast, the waiter said okay and there was semolina. There was a case where they brought porridge and pancakes for breakfast, we ate and left. As soon as we reach the house, the waiter runs after us and says I brought you an omelet there. Well, how can you take it out after pancakes with jam ??? (((And this is not the only situation in a restaurant with food, but we did not pay attention to this since we came to rest, and not quarrel.
On the 4th day, my health worsened, we approached the administrator to find out if they would return the money to us if we left earlier. She found out from the management and said yes, we will return it. We left on Wednesday evening (since it was considered 5 days in the evening), and the payment was due on Friday. We were supposed to return the money for one day and food. We were even asked to write a return application and promised to transfer the money in 2 weeks. We called them after 3 weeks, and at the Malinovka base they say we have no return. And we didn't get our money back. For what it was to deceive, they would say right away. It is not good to do this with a pregnant girl. For this reason, I do not recommend this base to anyone.

Disgusting place, complete unsanitary conditions, cockroaches, mold - this place needs to be covered! The service is so low, if you get it, that I would put 0 stars instead of 2! People, if you don't want to ruin your day off, stay away from this dump.

Thank you very much to Roman, who was always there, controlled everything, but nevertheless remained unnoticed. The food in the restaurant was delicious and served on time. Everything that was left was put into lunch boxes and given to us. The houses are small, but clean and comfortable, there is everything you need. The staff is attentive, friendly, they reacted to any request, tried to help. Of the shortcomings - the road to the base itself. But we "closed our eyes" to it, since the atmosphere of a pine forest and untouched nature, reasonable prices and good service were more important for us. I recommend to everyone!

The room is small, but ergonomic. There is a kitchenette with dishes and a kettle, air conditioning, a built-in sliding wardrobe, a table with stools. The sleeping place is somewhat unusual - these are orthopedic mattresses in a niche on the platform (podium). It was still cold in April. We turned on the electric convector. And in the bathroom there is an electric heated towel rail. Meals on the basis of the restaurant. The restaurant is expensive. We were prepared complex breakfasts and dinners. For 70-80 UAH. don't eat much. Dinner - two small piles of porridge and salad, a cutlet and tea. Small and not very tasty. We travel a lot around Ukraine, but we have not yet been fed like that. The slogan of the base is Malinovka - a place of measured life. Whoever has a measured life here is the restaurant workers. Service is very slow. For some reason, there is a problem with boiling water and cups. We were advised to visit the P'yana Khata restaurant complex. But it is far from the base. In addition, we faced the problem of how to get to the territory of the base in the evening. There is a guard house, a bell on the gate. Call the rail. So we are left with two impressions. The base is located in a picturesque place. To get to it, you need to cross the pontoon bridge across the Seversky Donets. In general, I advise. But something needs to be done about food.
