The plus of this hotel is the interior, and that's all. Terrible administrator. It was cool in the room, we asked for a heater, we were told that it was hot in our room in other rooms it was colder. The administrator wrote every day that we would be for breakfast, and at what time the breakfast itself, and in the end we came and waited for about 40 minutes for our breakfast, and they didn’t bring the one we ordered into the transmission! Then they asked for an additional payment, for their own mistake !! We celebrated the New Year there, (a place per person 800 UAH), since there were 6 of us, there were 2 salads on the table, sliced bread and sliced fruits and 3 hot dishes, from this hot we got only 2 dishes and that one of them, this a small plate of potatoes "roast" you can't call it otherwise, for 6 people.

I liked the landscaping. Disliked: -SUNIC INSULATION: None! The woman and I did not sleep all night because we could hear what was happening in the neighboring rooms, at the reception and in the corridor (the room was on another floor). -NUMBER: heavily smoked, gunpowder everywhere (it was difficult to breathe, so they were forced to open the window several times at sub-zero temperatures); the TV is old and shabby, inconveniently placed near the bed (impeding movement); tulle in the room "black" from dirt; the floor is tiled so very cold (slippers do not give).

); shower cabin all with mold (it is impossible to wash); leaking taps and poor shower drains; towels were shabby and had yellow spots.

And my husband is driving in the morning. We hardly slept all night. When they went to swear at the reception, they offered to move to another room with windows in the other direction. It was offered already in the morning! If there were free rooms with windows to the other side, then why weren't they offered to us right away? Horrible, disrespectful customer service!! !

The hotel was chosen on the way back from Bukovel. My husband really likes the atmosphere of castles, knights, etc. It is far enough from the city, you need to take a taxi or get on your own transport. The hotel was very colorful, like in the Middle Ages. The room was well cleaned, clean bedding, heated floor in the bathroom, disposable cosmetic items, bathrobes, slippers, what else do you need?! We were in the restaurant at the hotel, the food is not bad, but we waited a long time.

Stayed there with a group for New Years. They did not regret a single gram that they brought masquerade costumes with them from Donetsk : ) The holiday was wonderful, they buzzed until the morning. The hotel is very comfortable, the food is excellent. By the way, the locals are normal and not Russophobes at all.

Just had a wonderful time! ! I am from Lviv and have heard about this complex more than once, but often the stories of acquaintances are not justified, but here everything happened exactly as they described to me. Unusual medieval architecture, delicious cuisine, mysteriously romantic atmosphere did their job. My foreigner was shocked. The only thing that gave me inconvenience was the nutritional value of the kitchen. I'm on a diet, and there are huge calorie portions.
