The family decided to visit the fortress of Ukraine. The first fortress on our way was in Kamianets-Podilskyi. Two-room cottage was booked in advance from 12.07. 2019 to 17.07. 2019 (actually it turned out to be two separate numbers). Stayed at the hotel "By the river". Attracted photos of the hotel (which turned out to be true). And that's all we liked. On the first day we felt boorish attitude towards vacationers by the staff (kitchen staff, waiter Irina, hotel owner). Our requests for the services included in the price of the cottage were IGNORED. The chefs ignored our orders or halved them (that is, the waiter brought not four servings, but only two).
