Settled on the 1st floor in a room under the stairs near the kitchen and the front door. We learned about this location upon arrival, although we made a reservation 10 days in advance and made an advance payment. Soundproofing is completely absent. When people walk in the room upstairs or go down the stairs (it creaks a lot, the old one can be seen) - it feels like a roar. When the kettle is turned on in the kitchen or the refrigerator opens / closes, you can hear it in the room. All conversations are heard too. The plumbing is old, the toilet is wobbly. On the floor in the bathroom tiles and bare floor, very cold in the room too. I had to ask for a rug in the bathroom and a heater - they gave it.
There was a need for 1 day to extend the stay in the city, there was no time to look for other housing. They asked if it was possible to pay for 1 more day of stay. We were not given an intelligible answer either in the evening or until lunch of the next day: “sometimes it’s busy, sometimes it’s not yet known, sometimes it’s already reserved by other people, sometimes we don’t know yet. ” It was unpleasant. The last one was “well, you won’t pay 900 UAH. ” Of course, we will not pay, the real price of this room is 400 UAH, no more!! ! We checked out and booked a room at another hotel. Toward evening we got a call and were told that we could extend the reserve, because. how people gave up armor.
