We learned about this location upon arrival, although we made a reservation 10 days in advance and made an advance payment. Soundproofing is completely absent. When people walk in the room upstairs or go down the stairs (it creaks a lot, the old one can be seen) - it feels like a roar. When the kettle is turned on in the kitchen or the refrigerator opens / closes, you can hear it in the room. All conversations are heard too. The plumbing is old, the toilet is wobbly. On the floor in the bathroom tiles and bare floor, very cold in the room too. I had to ask for a rug in the bathroom and a heater - they gave it.
There was a need for 1 day to extend the stay in the city, there was no time to look for other housing. They asked if it was possible to pay for 1 more day of stay.
