In appearance, the hotel was most likely converted from Intourist, the rooms are standard (they took a standard double for 550 UAH), plaster fell off on descendants. Generally ok. But everything was ruined when we walked around the city and they called us that we needed to be evicted, it turns out the girl didn’t book the room correctly for us, we came to the reception, showed correspondence with a representative for 7 days, which they said, they probably made a mistake, while they went to find out why we were being evicted, we went to another hotel (it’s very good that they asked) because in 7 days they didn’t want to figure out why it happened, there was no compensation and when they said that we were leaving for another hotel, they didn’t care at all. Not friendly communication with customers, as they left no apologies asked for anything. But it's good what happened there, because the other hotel turned out to be much better and the atmosphere and breakfast and entertainment. My advice is not to contact the hotel for 7 days if you do not want to spoil your vacation.
