I went on holiday at the end of July. We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and are very happy with our choice! you need to go at least 8-9
The hotel is not five-star (!!! ), but in Zatoka the best in my opinion. I was pleased with the service, the staff is very polite, we immediately found a common language with the administrator, with the maids, with the bartenders.
I would also like to note the condition of the rooms, they are very comfortable. : ) Besides, the price is reasonable.
I really liked the location. Nature is indescribably beautiful. Huge pools. We lived in a new building on the 1st line.
Photos of the hotel correspond to reality! ! All issues were resolved by the administration as quickly as possible. In general, I liked everything, and the next time I visit Zatoka, I will definitely check in here.
I personally found a conflict situation at the reception, the first phrase of the guest was "I will write the most disgusting reviews" - even though the problem arose purely through the fault of the vacationer. So the reviews are a way for violent customers to take revenge on the hotel, nothing more...
