We fell for this hotel because of the big pool. . .
While still in Kyiv, we paid a deposit of 1900 UAH, booked a 4-bed room, upon arrival, we were actually provided with a 3-bed one... But the man at the reception claimed that they did not have 3-bed rooms, and a room with one-and-a-half sofa and not a large double bed, it turns out that this is for 4 people, although there was a sheet with a list of inventory, and it is written in black and white that the triple room was paid for as for 4... that's still nothing: when they went into room (our number, by the way, they gave it to other people for some reason), and there is tin... under the sofa there is dust and the remnants of former luxury, corks from wine, water, used tulle, the tulle was so dirty, it seems that on she was burped every day, and I’m not exaggerating now... When my husband went and found out why we were actually given a 3-seater, the same man at the reception was beautifully frostbitten... when I went to find out, to the same asshole, initially warned that I work in the news service, and it would not be difficult to ask journalists to come and film, what kind of service they actually have, to which both the administrator and the maid immediately ran, and this man began to talk differently...
sheets and pillowcases are smelly, stained with blood, cleaning every three days, toilet paper is not brought in... the only thing I can give one star for is the children's pools, and in general for the pools...

The rest is disgusting!
The staff is rude, lying, and does not fulfill their duties!
