Stayed at the hotel with family this year. After I had a rest, I got the impression that all the reviews about the hotel were written by non-vacationers. I wanted to get here for three years, I read all the reviews and I got the impression that the hotel is like Ukrainian Turkey. And here is the child, and we decided to come for 1000 km.
Pros:
- The territory is huge, beautiful, well-groomed (not counting the smelly pond in the middle, I don’t know how people live near it).
- The administration is friendly, and the staff too, however, tired of so many people.
- Everything is done for children, this is a huge plus, the children had a lot of fun and we did not have to entertain them, well done animators.
- The pools are great, the slides are great.
That's where the positives end. . .
Minuses:
- In the main building soundproofing 0!! ! (I don’t know about the rest), it’s just trash! It felt like there was a cardboard partition between the rooms. The kids didn't sleep until midnight because of the noise of the drunken neighbors. But the glazing is excellent!
- If you have not chosen the first floor in the main building, do not let the children out on the balcony if you want to see them alive and healthy. There, between the lower handrails, the distance is very large, with us, a boy of eight years old fell from the second floor. There, the parents themselves are to blame, they sent the children (7 or 8 people) to eat on the balcony and did not follow them. Only in the news feeds there is nothing about this incident, although the ambulance took me away immediately.

- Cleaning - for 10 days we were never cleaned, although when I asked myself, they said that every 3-4 days. On the fifth day, I myself asked to change our towels and bedding. On the sixth day they came with wet cleaning when we left and closed the room. When asked why they didn’t clean us, they said that we probably weren’t there, although out of 10 days 3 were cold and we were in the room, but no one came. So if you want cleaning, ask them yourself.
- Food! Do not go to Brizol at 12.30, because it's tin! The doors open and people run like savages, grab, the queues are terrible, while you stand and you don’t want to eat. The frigate is expensive and the lake stinks. We didn't get anywhere else. But I will say one thing: on Deribassovskaya in a restaurant we ate cheaper than in Brizoli.
- The beach is dirty, in gobies. There is nowhere for people to step, and these are far from Breeze's vacationers. I understand that beaches are supposed to be open by law, but why is it closed on the Hudson? And there, hotel guests enjoy their vacation for the money they paid, while we, for also a lot of money, are looking for a place on the beach for half an hour. Yes, and to all this, paid umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach for hotel guests were killed!
- Security is not responsible for anything, except for not letting strangers into the territory. We had a child roaring behind the wall at night at 2.00 am, about 40 minutes, after which I could not stand it and went to solve this problem. No one opened the number for me, and the child began to yell even louder. I ran to security so that they would call my parents, thinking that maybe they had gone for a walk and put the child to bed, but the guards have no information about vacationers in such cases and in general they are only responsible for entering and exiting. They do not interfere in conflicts or fights. (Doesn't it seem strange to you to have a couple of guards for 15 hectares and 5500 thousand people?! ) I went back to the room again and started knocking and then - voila! - Against the backdrop of a child screaming from the screams, a drunk opened the door to me (because we saw her drunk in the evening and her dancing at the disco), a sleepy young mother, at the request to calm the child, answered with nods and thank God after 10 minutes. this nightmare is over.
