The check-in went without problems according to the preliminary reservation in the building G7. At the beginning, I was very surprised and somewhat upset by the outer staircase - our room was on the 3rd floor. Even a little panic appeared - how will we be with a child 1 year 10 months. rise several times a day… But the room itself (325) pleasantly surprised us – spacious, GREAT PANORAMIC VIEW, clean beds and towels, high-quality mattress and sofa, large balcony, plumbing is working. Later, we came to the conclusion that the G7 case is the best: away from the speakers, a quiet area, away from the party and shops. Immediately upon check-in, they took the phone number of our maid. Every 3 days the room was cleaned and bedding and towels changed. Yes! To do this, we called up the maid and invited her, but the comfort and coziness was worth it.
The territory is huge, clean, well-groomed. Children's slides and playgrounds deserve special praise! The pools are awesome! It is not true when they write that there are no free sunbeds! Not once in 10 days with this there was no problem!

Concerning service personnel. We set out to RELAX, and not to arrange a check on the well-trainedness of the staff. With whom I greeted, whom I wished a good day - I received the same answer, no one has ever been rude or ignored. How YOU treat people is what you will get in return!
Nutrition. I read negative things about the dining room in advance, but recklessly ordered lunch for 3 days (110 UAH / person). And then I really regretted it. Dear administration! The dining room itself is cool, the dishes are good, clean - there is nothing to complain about. But the food is HORRIBLE!! ! And so much has already been written about the dining room, about the quality of food! Is there anything you can't fix? ! We found a way out, we went to the "Nest" (3 minutes with a small child). A complex lunch there costs 125 UAH. - the portions are huge (there was also left for dinner - the waiters packed them in a small vessel), the food is delicious, the service is excellent, they never waited more than 10 minutes. Thanks to Gnezd, the issue of nutrition was solved perfectly!
