Came here through a tour operator looking for a comfortable accommodation for a family with three children. We lived in a 3-room apartment. I liked the accommodation very much: 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and two bathrooms. Daily cleaning, change of towels, a separate set for the beach, bathrobes. Regular change of linen. The quality of cleaning and service by the maids was appreciated by the tip. The presence of the pool made the children very happy. The beach is equipped with sun loungers and mattresses. There were problems with umbrellas from time to time, so I even had to swear with the administration. I think that it would be more logical and cheaper to make ordinary canopies over the territory of the beach. It was annoying that there was a common beach nearby and people frankly spoiled - papers, bottles, cigarette butts, etc. Again, the problem needs to be solved very simply - installing additional trash cans, ashtrays, this is not expensive but will significantly improve cleanliness on the beach. The main problem of the hotel is the restaurant. The prices are just horsey, especially when it comes to alcohol - 50 grams of vodka for the price of a bottle, which can be bought literally around the corner in a store. . . The service depends on the specific waiter, but for the most part it's just a nightmare. I liked the waitress Katya, one of the few who serves quickly. The variety of dishes leaves much to be desired. As a result, people carry bags of food, drinks and simply cook themselves. I think management should think about this, because you can earn much more by increasing the number of customers in a restaurant than skinning ten skins from two customers. Entertainment only on Fridays and Saturdays. It was a very cheerful party in Odessa, and Miss Hudson also liked it. A week later there was an Italian party - just no. . . then weddings in a robin - also this way and that. The highlight of the holiday - massage! Masseur Sasha and Natasha - it's just a song! I haven't missed a single day in 15 days. Sasha just put the whole family on their feet. Had to be patient but it's worth it. If you want relaxation - Natasha will send you to the 7th heaven!! !
