I really liked the hotel. It is located on the third floor of a new residential building. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, very decent. The location is also good - 15 minutes walk to the center. There was no negative. Except the breakfasts are questionable.

We were pleasantly pleased with the availability of free Wi Fi, a spacious room, accessibility on foot to the train station (Vokzalnaya metro station) and metro station. University, from which 2 stops to Khreshchatyk and Maidan. Availability nearby on the street. Leo Tolstoy round-the-clock Coffe House with free Wi Fi.

It didn't take long to find the entrance to the hotel. The entrance is located at the end of the building and is the entrance of a residential building. In this entrance part of the 3rd floor is occupied by the hotel. The hotel does not have a restaurant. Breakfast is served in the room. I don't know if this is a plus or a minus. It didn't bother us. Breakfast included: yogurt, juice, orange, cheese, sandwich (or croissant of your choice), tea, coffee.
