Outstanding location. Nice well maintained apartments. Yes, this is not a hotel, so don't count on the breakfasts, or the lobby. But the center is close and everything you need for living in the apartments is there.

This apartment has a very convenient location - the center can be easily reached on foot. Everything is within walking distance, but at the same time quite a quiet area. For those who do not like hotels - these apartments are a great option. I recommend.

Apartments in the city center, on Reitarska 16/31 and at the same time on a quiet street. well-groomed entrance and halls, convenient elevator. the room has excellent air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, screen curtains. Nice to have an iron and ironing board. in the kitchen there is only a kettle and a minimum of dishes (plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery) I didn’t like the lack of a microwave and a washing machine, and most importantly, not a single large mirror! neither full-length, nor at least waist-length (in the bathroom there is a mirror in which only the face is visible).

I liked the attentive attitude of hotel managers to customers: from the moment of booking to the moment of check-in, the hotel staff were in touch with us all the time, answering all our questions. The apartments are located in the very center of Kyiv, on a quiet street, in an old house.

I liked the attentive attitude of hotel managers to customers: from the moment of booking to the moment of check-in, the hotel staff were in touch with us all the time, answering all our questions. The apartments are located in the very center of Kyiv, on a quiet street, in an old house. At the same time, all the equipment in the apartment, as well as the furnishings, are modern. Clean apartment, snow-white bed linen, proximity to the sights of the city and to the metro - I will recommend this hotel to my friends. True, I personally did not have enough disposable shampoo bags.
