I stay in this hotel because of the proximity to the venue of the attended seminars. Everything suits me. Only lately they have not settled without breakfast... And the food is not very.... When I left, I forgot my wallet in the room, but in my wallet (as in the phone, my whole life))). I discovered the loss already in the Dnieper on the train, about 8 hours later.

When I left, I forgot my wallet in the room, but in my wallet (as in the phone, my whole life))). I discovered the loss already in the Dnieper on the train, about 8 hours later....I called the hotel and asked to see the maid. The administrator rewrote my data, said after cleaning they would call back. And called back!! ! They said they found it. And they also sent an NP to the Dnieper (without persuasion and scandals, on their own initiative). I received ??? ? in the mail the next day - everything is in place! Many thanks to the staff for their vigilance and honesty.

But they solved the problem by looking into the cafe right on the 1st floor and an hour passed over a cup of coffee not noticeably.

The rooms are clean, even very clean, although of course the furniture and equipment are a bit lame. Breakfast "from the belly", tasty and a good choice (buffet). In the evening, the location helps a lot, literally 15 minutes of slow walking and ended up on Khreshchatyk, and then along the standard Kiev places =) The hotel itself pleased, first of all, with cleanliness and staff. Thank you very much, we'll be back =)
