I came to Kyiv for work and my management gave me 400 euros for expenses (in small copies of 20 euros). I left the money in the room. On Monday, 09/24/2018, after counting the money, I discovered a shortage of 180 euros!!!!!!!! ! My indignation knew no bounds! In hot pursuit, she turned to the head of security - he promised to sort it out and find the culprits. The next day they called me and said that there was only a maid in the room, who claims that she did not take anything. This ended the investigation. All my attempts to meet with the general manager were unsuccessful. My suspicion is that the staff is in cahoots and acting in concert. All other shortcomings, such as a faulty air conditioner, the lack of a fully equipped conference room, terrible service (they vacuumed it 2 times in 8 days at my urgent request), simply pale against the backdrop of this incident.
