I came to Kyiv for work and my management gave me 400 euros for expenses (in small copies of 20 euros). I left the money in the room. On Monday, 09/24/2018, after counting the money, I discovered a shortage of 180 euros!!!!!!!! ! My indignation knew no bounds! In hot pursuit, she turned to the head of security - he promised to sort it out and find the culprits.

The next day they called me and said that there was only a maid in the room, who claims that she did not take anything. This ended the investigation. All my attempts to meet with the general manager were unsuccessful. My suspicion is that the staff is in cahoots and acting in concert. All other shortcomings, such as a faulty air conditioner, the lack of a fully equipped conference room, terrible service (they vacuumed it 2 times in 8 days at my urgent request), simply pale against the backdrop of this incident.

Excellent location for walking around the city. Clean, quiet. Convenient parking. Some things in the room have been asking for replacement for a long time - plumbing, for example. It's a budget option, so don't expect too much. Worth your money.

The location is just great. And that's all. The renovation looks to be twenty-five years old. Like in a museum. But this is also essentially a plus. Good idea - to update the entrance, but it creates a false impression of the hotel. But you can live.

We stopped for a short time in Kyiv on the way to Odessa. We needed a hotel in the center. The location is perfect right off the Maidan. The staff is very friendly. Nice lobby and reception. Lots of restaurants right in the hotel building. Terrible room took the standard. Repair of the 80s. Such plumbing can only be seen in the museum.

The location of the hotel compensates for all possible shortcomings, although there are practically none. Living on the main street - Khreshchatyk - is worth a lot. All attractions within walking distance, take a map at the reception and go!!! !

I was pleasantly surprised that the Khreshchatyk hotel is no longer the same hotel that it was a couple of years ago. Good service, a lot of services appeared, friendly staff and, of course, reasonable prices IN THE VERY CENTER OF Kyiv!!! ! This is not Kozatskaya or Ukraine for you. So I advise everyone!
