The hotel is fully consistent with the declared 3 *, I would even say 4 *. Located on a hill, the facade and the main area overlooking the huge estuary to the horizon (hence the name of the hotel). The other side faces the private sector (our room was just there), which is quite quiet for a resort. 300 meters to the sea, walk 7 minutes through the malls and streets, i. e. the hotel is not on the first line.

Medium size area, swimming pool with 3 sections with different depths (2 of them for children). There is a children's room with toys, as well as unobtrusive animation for several hours a day, children do crafts, dance, etc. A small playground with a slide, horizontal bar, swings, partly in the shade. In general, there is shade on the territory, but I would like more. Well-groomed flower beds, neat tiled paths.

Parking is available, but almost without shade (some people cover cars with sun covers or use windshield reflectors).

The wood-fired sauna is open in the evening, we went to look, but did not have time to use it.

We were traveling with children, so we chose a two-room suite. The rooms in this room are small, but not cramped. Everything you need is there and works (according to the description on the site). I especially liked the ceiling fan, which can be used as an alternative to air conditioning when it's not very hot. A big plus of a two-room suite is a separate bathroom in each room.

There is a small corridor at the entrance to the room with hangers, after which there are two doors to the bedrooms, which isolates sounds from the common corridor. The curtains are really blackout. The room is clean and tidy, but by default they clean it only once every 4 days (this is rare if there are children). An extra bed was provided at our request. The staff is generally friendly and willing to help.

The food is normal.
The price includes either only breakfast, or 3 meals a day, or you can buy coupons on the spot. We used the latter option, because we did not plan to sit still and eat only at the hotel all the time. The price is about the same as in local restaurants and canteens, or even a little cheaper (besides, eating in the city, we got poisoned once).

Meals in a "home cooking" hotel, that is, ordinary food, not for gourmets (do not even compare with all inclusive in Turkey or Egypt). Food on coupons and issued in portions. Usually there are 2 options to choose from, for example, chicken / fish, potatoes / vermicelli, coleslaw / Korean carrots, etc. For breakfast, there is usually some kind of milk porridge / broth + main course like cheesecakes or pancakes + tea.

Organized meals are inconvenient. Breakfast starts late, at 8:30, and ends an hour later, instead of the usual time in hotels from 7 to 10.

As a result, a large crowd gathers at the beginning of breakfast and there is a long queue. Same with lunch and dinner. With us, the schedule was slightly changed, dividing the time for even and odd floors by half an hour each, but this did not solve the problem. Despite this inconvenience, eating at a hotel is faster than going somewhere and ordering.

The overall impression is positive, I do not rule out that we will come again.
