By the will of unforeseen circumstances, my family and I ended up in Kirillovka (Zaporozhye region, Sea of ​ ​ Azov). We stopped at Panorama SPA. Guys, this is a shock. I am from Odessa, I am not a fan of our Zatoka, Karolino Bugaz, but it turned out that I did not know everything about holidays in Ukraine. My family and I are in shock! This is not put into any head! How do people pay for holidays in such places. What kind of development of Ukrainian tourism are we talking about on this site? ! Until our hotel owners have a clear understanding of the word "service", there will be no rest in our country. Against the backdrop of quarantine, there is no soap in the hotel common toilets, when asked to provide them, they answered that there was no soap, unfortunately !!! ! There are no rubbish bins on the beaches, rooms are cleaned 1 time in 4 days. The list is endless. I just suggest to anyone who is interested to look at the prices of this hotel.
