We rested at this base almost every year and were satisfied, there were minor flaws, but we did not notice this, the staff was very friendly and helpful. But after this year we will never rest again. We lived in 101 rooms in a three-story building. Let's start with the fact that when we checked into the room, it was very dirty, my child is allergic to dust and it is very important for me to be clean. But we didn’t go to complain, we didn’t want to swear on vacation, we cleaned it ourselves as best we could. Then it got worse, the TV did not work right away - there were no batteries, the shower cabin did not close normally, and the water pressure was not adjusted. The pool chairs were terribly dirty, we had to wipe them ourselves all the time. At the children's pool all the time there were women and men with alcoholic drinks in their hands, the children could not even swim normally. But all this could be closed eyes, if not for our eviction. The maid made us pay for a cracked plastic chair, which we did not even touch, it was covered in dust on the balcony. When we refused to pay for something we didn't do this maid called the head maid who was yelling at my mother in law all the time!!! What kind of disrespect for customers is this, we pay money, and not small ones, but we get such rudeness for the exhaust !!! This head maid is not adequate at all and it is clear that she does not understand her business at all! And the maid from room 101 probably makes money on divorce of clients, since the chair was not even broken, but a little cracked. The money was paid so that the head maid would leave us behind, but not a foot more on this base !! !
