Upon arrival, we were somewhat shocked by the rooms, which absolutely did not match those shown on the video, as it turned out, the rooms were freshly renovated, but only in a few rooms, in which the video was apparently filmed, the rest of the rooms are at least 10 years old. In addition, the equipment of the old rooms does not match the equipment of the new ones, and the existing warehouse of kitchen utensils is not designed for a large number of people who want to use them, apparently so that people spend money in a local canteen with a rather mediocre kitchen.
Separately, I would like to note the barbecue area, it is beautifully decorated, but it also left a certain residue, because. braziers and tables for them are clearly not enough for such a large base, and the reservation of these very places is left to chance, people leave bottles, packages, coals in the morning in order to come in the evening and be able to cook their meals, which very often led to conflicts when you you just don’t know when this person will come (in 10 minutes or in two hours), while you have already come with meat and are ready to do it, and it is likely that you will have time to finish before this owner of the mysterious package / bottle arrives on the table. On a good note, the administration should have taken on these responsibilities in order to provide guests with a more comfortable stay.
Now let's move on to barbecue accessories, namely nets and skewers, which can be rented at the administrator's warehouse, but they are so smoked and filled with old grease from previous owners that it becomes disgusting, and it would be nice to wash them, but in old rooms there is no sink on kitchen, and washing them in the bathroom, and even without a brush and detergent solution, is still a pleasure. Why not bring in a large staff of maids so that someone can process this kind of thing before being taken to the warehouse?
Now to the positive, namely, the territory of the base, it is quite well-groomed, the pools are clean and spacious, there is almost always a queue of people who want to go to the water slide, and many fountains decorate the territory at night. The beach is quite small and you will have to pay extra for sun loungers, while they are free by the pool.
The animation team is also not particularly impressive and has a limited repertoire to keep the kids entertained.
Our vacation had to be interrupted on the day before the paid date due to the illness of the child, which is generally not surprising, given that there are always a lot of people in the children's pool, both children and adults, and in such close contact with heated water, one carrier is enough virus for others to catch.

Then it got worse, the TV did not work right away - there were no batteries, the shower cabin did not close normally, and the water pressure was not adjusted. The pool chairs were terribly dirty, we had to wipe them ourselves all the time. At the children's pool all the time there were women and men with alcoholic drinks in their hands, the children could not even swim normally. But all this could be closed eyes, if not for our eviction. The maid made us pay for a cracked plastic chair, which we did not even touch, it was covered in dust on the balcony. When we refused to pay for something we didn't do this maid called the head maid who was yelling at my mother in law all the time!!! What kind of disrespect for customers is this, we pay money, and not small ones, but we get such rudeness for the exhaust !!! This head maid is not adequate at all and it is clear that she does not understand her business at all! And the maid from room 101 probably makes money on divorce of clients, since the chair was not even broken, but a little cracked. The money was paid so that the head maid would leave us behind, but not a foot more on this base !! !

It is small, the water is heated in it, it is already hot. Swimming there is not only children, but all and sundry. And grandmothers warm bones, and adult men - everything in a row! There is little space for children. After the first day of bathing, the children got sick! A runny nose and cough began, a sore throat began, then a temperature! We left with a temperature of 39! The hospital said - we have herpes sore throat! They drank an antibiotic. The temperature stayed for a week. The body was so weakened that without leaving the house, a couple of days after the normal temperature, we caught the virus - and all over again! I regret not reading the reviews before going there. . And in the hospital they asked me - it was you who were not in the Water World! Everyone knows and there is no control over them! How so??? Especially for such crazy money! I do not wish such a holiday to anyone, and I do not advise the water world at all !!!! Save your health!

The deluxe rooms are in the shade, the sun does not hit, it is humid in the room, the towels on the street dry for a very long time. Room cleaning only after the maid called, they didn’t call, they didn’t clean it. You leave the garbage near the door on the street, it will be picked up in the morning. The question is, why do I have to pull the garbage bag out of the bucket myself for such a fee ?? Stapovata furniture, behind the closet dirty. The walls are a little dirty. Wardrobe - wardrobe, no shelves!!! I had to shove the child's clothes into a small bedside table. Mine was on the kitchen shelves. And the most interesting - in the bathroom there was no soap at all, no liquid, no! Only a plastic soap dish. They came from the road, and there was nothing to wash their hands with. I had to run to find the store. . The food in the cafe is terrible - the prices are high, and the food is not tasty at all (vareniki were brought from the store, rubber scrambled eggs, beer tasteless. . . ) In short, we went to the Water World for the first and last time!! !
