It was quiet at night - you can't hear the discos at all and the road is far away. Room cleaning on request - we changed bed linen 1 time in a week, towels were changed 3 times and cleaned 5 times. Toiletries were replenished with each cleaning for 4 residents.
Towels for the beach were issued separately 1 time for 3 days. Sun loungers on the beach and by the pool were enough for everyone at any time.
On the territory of a beautiful pine park - pleasant coniferous aromas. There is a playground (some swings are already pretty tired) and a children's room (many toys are not just "tired", but almost "died").
The food is ok, because the breakfast is very poor. We ate but there was no variety. I would like the administration to take care of their vacationers and their gastronomic tastes. Lunches and dinners pleased both the taste and the size of the portions.
In general, I liked it, and probably want to come again, but the hotel still has something to work on:
1. Payment for parking!!!???
With the price for a room in the off-season 1200, and even trifle for 50 UAH per parking space ???
Somehow disrespectful to the guests or to yourself...

We were 4 people (my husband and I and two children 10 and 2.5 years old). The room was European standard (new building) overlooking the park. I called in advance and asked for a room no higher than the 2nd floor. the youngest daughter is very active and it would be blasphemy not to open the balcony, so as not to run out. The girls assured that it would be so. Indeed, they prepared for us No. 209 on the second floor. We arrived earlier than expected, but we were seated without any problems. I really liked the room : ))) The only negative is the refrigerator. He is very small. There is no freezer at all. It contained only one bottle of 1.5 liters of water or beer. Very uncomfortable.
The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Feels like a good hotel. Everyone greets and smiles.
Buffet breakfast (included in price). We ate.
The pool is clean. My son liked to swim in it more than in the sea. But children under 14 were not allowed into the pool without adult accompaniment. Probably this is correct. A young man constantly sat near the pool and kept order. The guys were also sitting at the entrance to the beach. They didn’t let strangers into the territory, helped to set up a sunbed wherever you wanted, kept order on the beach. Smoking is not allowed on site, only in designated areas. Thank you very much for this!! ! Although there were those who smoked on the beach, the guards very correctly reprimanded them. Well done!

Discos for children - it's something! Dotsya waited every evening when she would go to dance. For children, master classes, competitions, and entertainment are constantly arranged. Boys animators are great fellows. The kids loved them very much.

There is a gym - free! The playground can certainly be updated. The trampoline is our everything. But there is always a line for it. The children also enjoyed watching cartoons on the big screen.
You can describe for a long time, but even some shortcomings do not cause negativity. Everything in "Beryozka" is saturated with care for vacationers. These are not empty words - it is felt.
Didn't want to leave. I cried with my children : (((
