When booking, they forget to tell you that it is included only from 08-10.13-15.18-20 and this is food in very small quantities, although tasty, water (the most common from a cooler), GreenDay vodka (we didn’t try it, people said it was a terrible palenka) and dry wine of 1 type of terrible quality and that’s it. If you want juice for a child - pay, if you want coffee - pay, if you want something to drink at 12 noon, pay. During lunch, everything is teeming with flies and bees, they swim everywhere... To our indignation, the Administrator replied - well, I eat this and you eat nothing will happen...
Having paid 2500 for a room per day, we got absolutely nothing... People should not go to this hotel, see other options. Don't ruin your vacation. It was a pity for the people who came for 7 days, paid a lot of money and just all the polls were dissatisfied!

The room was not cleaned, most likely only the sheets and towels were changed. They ordered an improved one, but as such it didn’t even “smell”. I understand that perhaps somewhere there is not such comfort, there may be flaws, but it should be CLEAN everywhere! Whatever you understand, the room is not vacuumed, cobwebs are everywhere! Yes Yes! everywhere: in the pictures, on the chandelier, in the corners.....the dust is horrible! on the closet, the layer is probably a year old! on a glass table, on bedside tables.... everywhere. The toilet is something! It just stinks of urine! And moreover, constantly! , as the hood does not work! Real stink like in a public restroom. There was no hot water on the first day, on the first day three people washed in cold water! the ox flowed for more than an hour, but the hot one did not go, they gave it only when they had already been told to them, after that it immediately went hot !!! ! Complete deception! when I booked a room and made an advance payment, there was one price, and upon arrival, it was already completely different! Asked for a check-check did three days! They didn’t indicate anything in the check - just the amount written by hand, to the question why so, a chic answer!...."you agreed and made an advance payment. " . question: did you agree with what? with SMS? Moreover, in SMS they give less than a day for prepayment, and no one called back, it's just all unilaterally. so who do i agree with? With SMS? The manager is a unique lady! We pointed out "cleanliness" to her, showed "cleanliness" in the room - she didn’t even apologize, and so she didn’t send anyone to be removed from the current cleaning-garbage removal! All! and lived all the days in a pigsty, and ate in a nearby cafe! and ALL INCLUSIVE! The only decent girl, Christina, who was ashamed of everyone, and who at least tried to do something! That's what kind of girls should be put in charge! And not the lady-frost, who walks around and does not add up the price for herself. Parking.....Oh, this "included in the payment" parking! Not on the territory, a hundred meters + uncle - the parking lot still needs to be looked for, wait, bow until he comes and puts the car. Once again did not even want to take the car! There are over 100 people on site. At least half of us talked - there was not a single satisfied visitor. Come on. I won't talk about others. In fact.
1. Cleaning in the room is disgusting - you need to list strictly point by point where and what to clean, then they will clean it at least somehow. Towels always had to wait - "not yet brought from the laundry. " In principle, we did not see the shower gel - every day we said "tomorrow". The showers are in terrible condition.
2. The pool is never cleaned (for 10 days, never).
3 . Food..... the deepest disappointment - the buffet in fact turned out to be ordinary food in the most ordinary dining room. Unless - the cook cooks deliciously. BREAKFAST - 2 types of scrambled eggs, sausages (disappeared on the 6th day), buckwheat (pasta), boiled eggs, casserole (disappeared on the 8th day), vegetables and cheese. When asked by the administrator - "what with the assortment of food they brilliantly answered me -" we try to diversify ". Seeing one egg dishes for lunch is a variety. LUNCH is still tolerable. But there are also few dishes. 2 types of the first, 3 types of the second (buckwheat, pilaf, pasta), cutlets, liver and vegetables. Well, and herring. DINNER - again vegetables, 2 types of side dishes. From meat, maximum - wings on the grill or meatballs. And every day the same thing....minimal variety.
Very often they finished their juice at the same time as the compote, i. e. the children had nothing to drink. I am silent about "water with the taste of cola" - how can you even buy this in such an institution ???
Wine and champagne also ran out periodically. And even paid coffee ended on the 7th day???????????? .
The only good thing was the sunbeds on the beach. And we were promised that there would be enough for everyone, but as a result there were few of them and we had to pay Beechboy to keep us occupied every morning.
4. BUT!!! ! Beach towels, which were promised, appeared only on the 8th day of stay.
5. Ooo!!!! ! Separate conversation about the animator !!! ! A very important criterion for choosing a hotel was the presence of animation!!!
For the first 4 days, we honestly tried to get the animators to walk with the children. She had an excuse - "I'm sitting with the owner's child! " What about us???? ? We just paid the same owner for her services!!! ! Then the child was taken away, but the animation never appeared. The concrete feeling that they screwed up as soon as they could! It is a pity that at the very beginning they did not run away to a nearby hotel, as many guests did....they hoped for the conscience of the owner.
6. Even on their main page, and upon arrival, they promise a jacuzzi???? . Aha!! ! There is a rusty trough on the street - a child caught grasshoppers there ???????????? .
7. And the concerts????? ? And entertainment??? ? For the whole summer, a couple of concerts and then, we were not lucky even to get to Viktor Pavlik. As a result, we went to other bases in the evenings to at least entertain the child - for an additional fee, respectively.
8. And what kind of staff is friendly???????????????? for the time being??? ? as soon as you start demanding something and pointing out their shortcomings, then such rudeness begins ????????????!!!! ! The gardener was especially struck - his behavior corresponded to the behavior of the owner of the hotel - he constantly yelled at the children (you can’t play on the grass, you can’t play on the path behind the building, and much more is impossible). And he also watered the lawn every day during dinner ??????????? ? and exactly where the path from the building to the so-called restaurant passes. We took a shower every evening, passing there???? . And he took notice.
P. S. For 10 days of our stay there, 19 people escaped from their advertised hotel. And those are just the ones we saw and talked to. We, unfortunately, did not do this, because firstly, everyone was hoping for the best and, in principle, not lovers of scandal, and secondly, we have two children (one of them is a baby) and moving with them is very troublesome.

There are blood streaks along the diameter of the side....And the most important thing is that they don’t clean it (not with a vacuum cleaner... with anything... ) and nobody canceled the towels on the schislongs) and there are not enough tables for all families . . stop and see how people eat - wait, you have everything included, be patient, this is also included.

The room was reserved for 4 people, only two towels were available, only paper from the toiletries. The faucet in the shower cabin was rusty, the drain did not work well. The toilet bowl made some sounds all the time, so at night it was impossible to fall asleep with the bathroom doors open. Those two unfortunate towels were never changed during the entire stay. From cleaning only vacuumed the carpet and took out the trash.
Good places near the pool and on the beach need to be taken in advance, somewhere at seven in the morning. Accommodation was paid for five days 3 750 UAH / day. On the last, fifth day, July 25.2018, we checked out at twelve, as required by the hotel rules, we decided to wait until 14:00 for dinner in order to feed the children and go back home to Kyiv. So the girl at the reception and the security guard demanded another 300 UAH for lunch (buffet). I really hope that those shabby three hundred hryvnias will come out sideways to you in the future, unfortunately, I don’t know the names. We will never go there again and do not recommend to anyone.

Everything seems to be fine, excellent pool, first line, beautiful photos of the rooms. In fact - small rooms, meager bathroom with a toilet, there were no chairs on the balcony (the website indicates that each room has wicker furniture on the balcony) until they asked. On the balcony there is a disgusting coating of film or vinyl in a "chessboard"; it has turned yellow and deformed, not attractive and sticky.

But the shower is broken, you have to dodge so as not to flood the entire bathroom with water. There is no clothes dryer, but it looks like we were just lucky, all the other rooms have it. The restaurant is delicious : ) Breakfast is good. The prices are a bit pricey, but tolerable.
Paid parking in another hotel - 100 UAH, it finishes. A room in the season costs 1600 UAH, for this money I would like to get at least free parking.
The pool, the beach and the grounds are very beautiful, this partially covers minor flaws. An animator works near the pool. There is a game room (poor). There is a trampoline. The kids have a lot to do.
There are enough shortcomings, but you can walk along the coast and look at other bases, and there you will find devastation and a scoop. Therefore, we can safely say that in comparison with other bases, White House is one of the best, and there are 5-6 good bases here besides him, and even then, not all of them are on the 1st line.
