We went to a fairy tale, but ended up....in an ordinary hotel, the level of which is not even good. From personal experience, I was convinced that reviews are true - I used to think that competitors write negative reviews. And if you are not too lazy and read everything written here, avoid the deepest mistake in life. I'm sooo sorry I didn't read all the reviews before choosing this hotel.
There are over 100 people on site. At least half of us talked - there was not a single satisfied visitor. Come on. I won't talk about others. In fact.

1. Cleaning in the room is disgusting - you need to list strictly point by point where and what to clean, then they will clean it at least somehow. Towels always had to wait - "not yet brought from the laundry. " In principle, we did not see the shower gel - every day we said "tomorrow". The showers are in terrible condition.
2. The pool is never cleaned (for 10 days, never).
3 . Food..... the deepest disappointment - the buffet in fact turned out to be ordinary food in the most ordinary dining room. Unless - the cook cooks deliciously. BREAKFAST - 2 types of scrambled eggs, sausages (disappeared on the 6th day), buckwheat (pasta), boiled eggs, casserole (disappeared on the 8th day), vegetables and cheese. When asked by the administrator - "what with the assortment of food they brilliantly answered me -" we try to diversify ". Seeing one egg dishes for lunch is a variety. LUNCH is still tolerable. But there are also few dishes. 2 types of the first, 3 types of the second (buckwheat, pilaf, pasta), cutlets, liver and vegetables. Well, and herring. DINNER - again vegetables, 2 types of side dishes. From meat, maximum - wings on the grill or meatballs. And every day the same thing....minimal variety.
Very often they finished their juice at the same time as the compote, i. e. the children had nothing to drink. I am silent about "water with the taste of cola" - how can you even buy this in such an institution ???
Wine and champagne also ran out periodically. And even paid coffee ended on the 7th day???????????? .
The only good thing was the sunbeds on the beach. And we were promised that there would be enough for everyone, but as a result there were few of them and we had to pay Beechboy to keep us occupied every morning.
4. BUT!!! ! Beach towels, which were promised, appeared only on the 8th day of stay.
5. Ooo!!!! ! Separate conversation about the animator !!! ! A very important criterion for choosing a hotel was the presence of animation!!!

For the first 4 days, we honestly tried to get the animators to walk with the children. She had an excuse - "I'm sitting with the owner's child! " What about us???? ? We just paid the same owner for her services!!! ! Then the child was taken away, but the animation never appeared. The concrete feeling that they screwed up as soon as they could! It is a pity that at the very beginning they did not run away to a nearby hotel, as many guests did....they hoped for the conscience of the owner.
6. Even on their main page, and upon arrival, they promise a jacuzzi???? . Aha!! ! There is a rusty trough on the street - a child caught grasshoppers there ???????????? .
7. And the concerts????? ? And entertainment??? ? For the whole summer, a couple of concerts and then, we were not lucky even to get to Viktor Pavlik. As a result, we went to other bases in the evenings to at least entertain the child - for an additional fee, respectively.
8. And what kind of staff is friendly???????????????? for the time being??? ? as soon as you start demanding something and pointing out their shortcomings, then such rudeness begins ????????????!!!! ! The gardener was especially struck - his behavior corresponded to the behavior of the owner of the hotel - he constantly yelled at the children (you can’t play on the grass, you can’t play on the path behind the building, and much more is impossible). And he also watered the lawn every day during dinner ??????????? ? and exactly where the path from the building to the so-called restaurant passes. We took a shower every evening, passing there???? . And he took notice.
P. S. For 10 days of our stay there, 19 people escaped from their advertised hotel. And those are just the ones we saw and talked to. We, unfortunately, did not do this, because firstly, everyone was hoping for the best and, in principle, not lovers of scandal, and secondly, we have two children (one of them is a baby) and moving with them is very troublesome.
